My AC was not working and they came out, repaired the AC, with a capacitor! Fair pricing and great service!

Do not let this company touch your plumbing or your HVAC system! Very poor workmanship at a high cost. The owner, Paul, doesn't supervise the work of his subcontractors.They had several opportunities to fix the deficiencies but chose to cut corners every time they came out. Their work at my house has been described by other contractors as sloppy. Don't waste your money, avoid the headache and hire someone else.
This guy and his son come out and replace my water heater they come out the day before and assess the problem had it fixed within an hour and my water back on customer friendly all around great people and great service
Bought a house in Sumter during the process of settlement previous homeowners home warranty company hired B and B to replace the unit however the unit doesn’t go below 77 degrees the work isn’t even a year old when called B and B back to let them know the unit isn’t working he wanted to charge $125 to come and evaluate it even though he was the one that installed the unit. When argued with his work should be covered under warranty he stated that we couldn’t prove it was his work. (Very bad business ethics since he is the one that installed it and it is a brand new unit ) than proceeded after we express our concerns that now the only way to come out to our home was that we had to provide a credit card upfront and he was going to charge his fee first. RED FLAG A brand new unit installed by a contractor should not have any issues within a standard 5 year period if properly maintain annually problem is this unit isn’t even a year old and this guy doesn’t even honor his work. He is what we call in the industry as a red tail light warranty as soon as you see the taillights leaving your yard your screwed. We now hired another contractor to find out the unit is over 6 lbs short in refrigerant and that there is a leak Sounds like poor workmanship to me especially that this unit isn’t even a year old. I would stay clear of this company unless you are prepared to pay another company to do the job over again the right way These reviews on his site obviously must be fraudulent since no one actually shares any experience of the actual work or employees
