I can't recommend Brandon and Bobby enough! They're very honest,trustworthy and extremely reliable. It took just a few minutes from them to pinpoint the issue. I was then given a very detailed verbal explanation of the problem and how it would be fixed. I would trust these guys in my grandmother's house! They will be used for all my HVAC maintenance and repair. They went above and beyond!!!

I found B&B on a Bartlett Facebook group. I contacted them on a Sunday morning, and they were at our house not even an hour and a half later! Bobby and Brandon are very nice and knowledgable. They got our a/c working just in time for the warm weather to start back up! We appreciate their hard work and we will definitely be using them for future needs.
Just have to say that Brandon is the best HVAC guy in Memphis! I went through 3 different technicians who wanted to chop holes in my walls to 'find' the short. Brandon figured out the bad switch in 5 mins!! Excellent job and superb customer service explaining the most crazy details simply, thanks Brandon!
Bobby came out, He was very professional and very informative on the system that I have. He was able to fix the problem very fast and I was able to have heat again. Would definitely recommended this company to my friends and family.

Bobby and Brandon were amazing!!! They came and detected the problem, suggested solutions to fix it, we agreed in the solution and “voilà “ in around 3 hours we have almost a new heater machine working better than ever. They are very professional and caring. They explained everything in detailed and they are very knowledgeable. And like they advertised “Affordable and Fair prices”. I called around for days when my A/C unit stopped working and every company I talked to said it would be a long time till they came,or they wanted a huge fee just to take a look before they did anything. Once I called and talked to this one I wasn’t immediately impressed with their professionalism. Bobby was on time and he was in detail about everything he was doing.He explained the process and what happened to make it stop and gave me tips for in the future to make it run better.I would recommend this company to anyone with heating and air issues.Also ,the price was amazing and very affordable especially in this economy.
