AZ HVAZ LLC is very reliable company to work with. Sam and his crew of Lenn and Jimbo were very pleasant to work with. Sam came to me as part of FAHW and he was forthright in what was going and the possible scenarios. He did not pressure any of them and let me make an informed decision on my preference. Once I did, he was all on board and replaced my unit in 2 days. I highly recommend AZ HVAC LLC for any job. I will be using them over and over. Thanks Sam and your friendly crew.
Had a good experience with Sam the first time he came to repair my unit. He was very professional on the phone, had a reasonable fee to conduct the diagnostic. Came out the same day and told me what the problem was with my unit. He had to get some parts to replace my coils and add freon. He and his partner worked until almost 11:30 at night for my first issue. Great job, service and experience. Second issue with my unit has not been as positive or responsive. Had a problem with my unit again a few months after Sam's first visit. He was prompt in responding and informed me I needed a new condenser. Got a price quote and was told he'd work with me re: the payment. I called 2 weeks later to move forward with getting the new condenser and it's been a challenge getting him on the phone. I've called repeatedly, sent text messages and voicemails to the office number and still no response. It's hard to leave a voicemail message on his 202 number because it's not in English and I can't understand the prompts to try to leave a voicemail message on his cell phone. So after this bad experience the second round I'm looking at another company that has a real-time five-star rating and not a five-star rating from old reviews that are over a year old. Nice gentleman and I wish him well but unfortunately I haven't been happy with the service the second time around.
The owner was very helpful and gave me options. He was running a little late but I found out why later. His back was out but he didn't cancel the important appointment which was due to my heater dying in January. He and his workers were able to get the system installed and working that same day and he even called American home shield and dealt with them. Those of you that have AHS know how annoying dealing with them is. His prices are very good also.
My condenser stopped working. Same day service was great! Arrived, diagnosed problem, repaired. I would definitely use service again.
It was hot and these guys were cool. After about 30 minutes, the house was cool again. When it is hot in the summer and you have no a/c, someone who can understand the problem quickly and resolve the problem promptly is a lifesaver. Bonus points for AZ HVAC. You saved us.
We engaged AZ HVAC when our previous hvac contractor's work needed to be completely redone. Sam came in, diagnosing the issues completely and developed a plan of action to get a permanent repair in place- same day! Sam had the brand name unit we wanted and matched the hvac to our air handler, correcting installation mistakes of the previous contractor along the way. Sam had our air back running in a day, which we appreciated after two weeks without central AC. Not only was his work top notch, he and his coworker Nate were also respectful of our home and out time. He have found our new hvac contractor, and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends!
Sam and his crew installed a new furnace and central air system. They arrived as scheduled, completed the installation, and cleaned up the work area after they were done. Sam explained how the new system worked, answered any questions I had, and also installed my new Nest thermostat, which made a long day even longer for him and his crew. AZ HVAC does the job right, and I highly recommend them.
AZ HVAC service visit was prompt, professional and customer focused! We needed an installation of a new compressor during the hottest days of 2021 so far and they accomplished the job flawlessly. This business operates with the care and ethics that’s hard to find in businesses today. I will refer this company to EVERYONE!! Many, many thanks for rescuing us!!
Sam is a great guy. Honest professional opinion and quotes. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way through. Got our unit fixed very quickly and he's super knowledgeable , I will be working with this company for any and all of my A/C needs in the future. 100% recommend.
i met Sam via AHS he initially was repairing my heating system. He gave me the skinny on what i needed and what i didn't need. He's an honest and hard working guy. I love his customer service and his sense of humor. He's honorable and trustworthy. He's the bomb.com!! I will recommend him to be your guy for any HVAC work needed!!! Sam is the man!!!! Very professional team and gave me the best price out of all the companies I had come out. The work they did was so professional with top of line equipment also they brought everything up to code since the house Hvac equipment was over 30 years old. I’m really happy I got the same or better quality of work that the larger companies give without paying top dollar that’s associated with them. They worked all day until the job was done on a Sunday. AZ comes Highly recommended from my neighbor and they didn’t disappoint.
