Wow I don't even know where to begin. I went here last week to get my car's AC fixed and was thrilled to come here after I was quoted a more reasonable price than a commercial company. I ordered parts to get replaced and they said they replace the parts for me. I brought my car in today and unfortunately the parts weren't the right size. I COMPLETELY understand that is not the company's fault as I am the one who ordered the parts. However, what I don't understand is the way I was treated. I dropped my car off around 8 AM and had heard nothing by 1 PM. So I called at 1:24 PM to ask for an update on my car and was told that it had not been taken back yet. Just 27 minutes later, I was called back at 1:51 PM. I answered the phone to an overly aggressive and rude man explaining to me why my car wasn't going to be fixed and that I was still going to be charged. Keep in mind I had not said anything at this point and was being talked down to as if I was inferior and dumb. To reemphasize I completely understand I brought in the wrong part, but I was immediately attacked when I answered the phone. Then I asked if I could speak and explained I understood why the part could not be replaced. But I also made a point that I didn't deserve to be talked to so barbarously. Once I got off the phone I received another call to reiterate to me, yet again, that the part was wrong (as if I was stupid and did not understand that before) and they refused to work on my car since I "went off on them." As a woman, apparently I am just supposed to take being talked at as if I am less than and it is outrageous and hysterical for me to stand up for myself. It is 2022, get with it. Women are not lesser than, and should not be treated as so. I can't speak to how they fix cars because they did not fix mine. I can however speak on how they treat people. With all the choices we have here, this is the best one you can make. He was at our house when he said he would be and less than 1 hour after calling. Diagnosed the issue and got cold air blowing again. Said he'd probably have to come back in a few days to install part he needed to pick up, which was perfectly fine with me. Instead he called me just a bit later to let me know he'd picked up the part and was coming over to install. The pricing was beyond fair. And he's a great guy on top of it. You have tons of choices for HVAC repair here, AZ AC stands out and I highly recommend.
He saved our animals! After being in CA during the recent monsoon we came back to a 120 degree temp inside and calling all the “local family at your service” guys he answered and was at my house within 2 hours and 15 mins before he said also! Figured out what was wrong and had my AC up and running better than the day it was “put in”. Thank you so so much!!! Affordable, hard working and super legit!!!

Great service. After I called for service he made it to our home in about an hour. He immediately analyzed the system and fixed within no time. Very professional and will call him for any future issue. We recommend his great services to anyone with air conditioning and heating issues.

Many company came to my home and try to fix my AC. I had a horrible experience with them . Until I find Mr. Shawn's ads on Craigslist. He did the job less than a half coast then the lowest offer I had before . He is know what's he doing. Truly old fashioned professional. The work done SPOTLESS. Highly recommend it to anyone . Nobody ever will touch my air conditioners but Mr. Shawn. Thank you again....
I have owned my AC unit for 8 years and have had to do little-to-no maintenance in that time. As of late I had noticed that my unit was running longer and longer to achieve the temperature we had set in the house. I called Shawn out after having a bad experience with the big box companies and hoped for a good, honest review of what I needed to do to my AC. Shawn did that, and then some! He was very informative of everything he was doing to my system, and for what reason. He was also just a very likeable guy with great conversation. My unit ended up being undercharged and required some freon. He got me all fixed up, and two days after his service, I can immediately tell the difference the moment I walk in my door from work. I wanted to leave some feedback for him because I am extremely happy with his services and will be calling him back for my future needs. I now am proud to say that I have an AC guy I can trust!
