Good experience with Steve!
he has repaired my washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. his repairs really last for years and years so that i get perfect service out of really old appliances, and it is really cost effective. it sounds kooky, but i have a big non-self-defrosting freezer that i defrost every 8 or 9 years. it keeps everything at perfect 0. it is 54 years old. it was repaired over 30 years ago and it went out again about 4 years ago. i insisted that he repair it and he said that people don't put $180 into a 50 year old freezer. i did, andit is perfect again

I have had nothing but good results when Steve has worked on my appliances; he is polite and very punctual when coming to my home; works efficiently and is always neat and cleans up his work area before he leaves. Would highly recommend him to others.
Steve fixed my microwave. He had to remove the whole oven to get to the back of the connected microwave. He always knows how to fix our things. He fixed my ice maker some time ago. Thanks Steve!

I've used Steve Ayers since I moved into my new home. He helped replace our AC that was under our home warranty. Also, he has helped flush out my heater unit when there was a clog. It's a smaller company AND very consistent with his quality of work.

We had Steve out initially a couple months ago to look at a microwave, gas oven, and ice maker. He was able to accurately diagnose the problems, was persistent in learning our specific fridge model, and had everything taken care of after a second visit. Steve Ayers is a dependable go-to guy when it comes to HVAC or appliance repair. Steve is good at diagnosing problems and his repair work lasts. I like the way he really tries to save customers money.
I have used Ayres Repairs now for over 7 years. I have got very prompt, polite service every time. Steve will come, sometimes within minutes, and fix my air conditioning or furnace. He will troubleshoot and repair effectively, and several times saved me a lot of money; like the time the Voles ate through the outside wires to the thermostat; it didn't need a new system like the "other guys" claimed, just a small wire repair and a small bill saved the day! I heartily recommend Ayres repairs and will continue to use them for my home and for the rental homes that I own.
