I called Axis for some work I needed repaired on my AC duct. The gentleman came to my home and repaired the ducts the same day and was so polite, he explained everything and I'm able to sit in a warm house tonight. I cant Thank Axis enough!!!!
Had our new system installed in 2017 by them and had them out today to fix an issue and definitely recommend this company!!

Kenneth is very knowledgeable; he knew what the problem was with my air conditioner and fixed it right away. He is professional, and superb customer service. He is compassionate as far as paying him for his time and work and told me to pay him when I can. I recommend him for your heating and cooling needs.

These guys COULD NOT figure out what was wrong with my a/c. The girl who kept answering the phone even told me “at least it’s not hot outside” which really ticked me off. The tech was condescending which I also did not appreciate. We ended up calling another company that fixed it by replacing a fuse. So we basically paid this company way too much money for nothing.
I had an awesome experience with this company. Didnt overcharge, never had another issue with what was fixed. Very professional. The quality of work was awesome and i really just cant say it enough.
Kenneth & his partner is a life saver and a godsend, I have been gone for six weeks, moving my daughter , son in law and a brand new baby (my grandson) from El Paso to Kempner... we walked in the house at about 10 last-night and the house was sitting close to 100 so I called a 24 hour service thinking that they would call me back within an hours or so. That wasn't the case. They ( AC Killeen and Airhead ) called me this morning after a 12 hour drive, no sleep and hotter then hell and asked me if I still needed service, told me that he didn't get my message until this morning and asked me if there was a problem, I told him that yes there was a problem and that I didn't need his assistance for I called someone else which was Kenneth and he came out same day, and told me exactly what was wrong with my ac and gave me an option of replacing it since mine is no long available or he could put in a Refurbished unit. Once I called my insurance company and explained to Kenneth as to what my insurance company said he brought out a refurbished Unit and at least will keep cool. He even went as far as to offering a window unit that he was willing to loan me until the insurance company got back with me Incase he didn't have the refurbished unit. This is a man that went way beyond the kindness of his heart and soul..... If there was a 10 score he would certainly surpass that in my book. Thank you so much. Bonita Hurtle. Kenneth and his technician came quickly, discovered that the only problem was a dirty filter, our fault for sure. Cleaned the filter, flushed the drain, checked the freon and guages. NO CHARGE this time. I didn't know what to say . He said he installed the unit, last year,it was an easy fix and I said since I am a senior on a fixed income I will accept his generosity this time. We shook hands and I thanked the Lord for a good, honest, caring , worker who certainly gave more than he had to. Folks, there still are good honest people in this world.
