I hired this company to install refrigerated air in my home. We agreed on a price that the owner Mario quoted me. After Mario committed to a price and received payment. His technician came and said they won’t be able to do it. Mario then said it will cost 10-$15,000 more than agreed-upon price. When they realized they over, promised, and couldn’t deliver, he declined to do the job. It was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hired a local company here in Albuquerque. They knocked it out in one day and I am completely 100% satisfied. I wish I could’ve done business with Axiom. But after this incident, I am glad I didn’t.
Ken, Eddie, and Herbey did a fantastic job. Axiom was such a pleasure and made the whole process seemless. I am enjoying my new AC as the summer is kicking up.
Mario was great doing the intial estimate and was very knowledgeable. When it came time to install, Ken, Eddie and Herbey knocked it out of the park. Very friendly very prefessional and finshed the job very quickly. Also gave me the run down on thermostat setup and system maintencace. Great group of guys!

Eddie, Herbey, and especially Ken quickly and efficiently replaced my old A/C and furnace with a new heat pump and furnace. They were timely, professional, and used quality equipment at a competitive price.
From Mario’s visit, to Ken’s visit and then the installation, it was quality service. Our crew for installation was Ken, Eddie and Herbey, and they were very polite, professional and worked hard.
I'm very happy with the services performed by Axiom Home Services -- from the initial consultation performed by Mario to the installation of the two new Trane 2 stage gas/electric packaged units and associated thermostats performed by Ken, Eddie, and Herbey. I was particularly impressed by the fact that of the 4 companies I received quotes from, Axiom was the only one who mentioned that they would be performing a J load calculation prior to ordering the replacement units -- so they'd actually know what our cooling and heating needs were based upon calculations and not just guessing. Everything works great and I appreciate the fact that Ken in particular took a great deal of time answering the various questions that I had.
Just had Axiom Home Services come out and fix my heat pump/Air conditioning system that had been broken for months. They arrived on time, fixed the system with new parts and checked it for operation. Ken, Eddie and Herbey did a great job! Cleaned up after the job was done, even caught a leaking propane line that the other contractor I used before never did catch. Now my AC is running like new and we are so happy with the work they performed! Great guys to work with, they really know what they are doing, they are very knowledgeable about my Trane system. Very happy customer!
Replaced my evaporative cooler and furnace. Trane is an excellent brand and I'm very happy with the performance of the new system. The service from Axiom was excellent and the price was competitive. The guys on the installation team took great care with my home and cleaned up carefully after they were done. Many thanks!
When I first had my AC unit installed by Axiom, they had to come back to re-route an AC line because it was protruding too far into my garage parking area. A year later it was leaking (where they did the rework) and they didn't honor their 1 year warranty because they dated the install back to the original installation rather than when they had to do the re-work. This action by Axiom in my opinion was dishonorable and underhanded.
They were very professional And courteous and did a great job I highly recommend them I would like to mention Eddie Herbie and Ken for doing a great job
My wife & I wanted to install AC and replace an older (1996) gas furnace in our home in Albuquerque, and I requested quotes from three companies. After factoring in estimates for necessary electrical work, Axiom's was moderately higher than the cheapest offer but only slightly higher than the third. We decided to go with Axiom because of the personal recommendation we had and because they were the only company ready to subcontract the electrical work. From the initial quote to the installation, I really appreciated the communication and patience with my questions Mario, Ken and Kayla showed. In particular, Mario was understanding about our request for a heat pump system (our house had solar installed by the prior owner) and made clear up front that the manufacturer had a backlog and there would be some time before installation, and Kayla provided appropriately paced status updates along the way. The two day installation went as smoothly as I could've hoped. I interacted only briefly with Eddie and Herby, and spent a longer time with Ken to learn about the system they'd installed. The team was professional and clear about what was happening throughout the installation, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the work areas were when they left. The system has been in use for several weeks and, and while we haven't had extended periods of extreme cold to test its capacity, what we have noticed is that it's maintaining temperature much more consistently than the old unit and we're looking forward to testing the cooling this summer. Overall, we'd recommend Axiom and we plan to contact them again for a minisplit project we hope to have done next year.
Eddie, Ken and Herby were great! I was amazed how efficiently they worked, and the unit is working better than I could have imagined!
Eddie, Herby & Ken were exceptional with their work and care at my home. They installed a new AC System for us. They were punctual, efficient and very kind to all on our property (3 dogs, 2 goats & lots of chickens). They were sure to clean up after they completed the install and left my home looking great as well. Their attention to detail was great. Very professional. Herby even found my missing wallet, in the driveway!
Ken, Eddie and Herbey spent three days removing our old gas furnaces and installing a heat pump system for heating and cooling. It was hard work and they worked diligently and professionally and were always ready to answer questions and explain the process. We would highly recommend Axiom Home Services for everything they do. Thanks to Mario, Kayla and Melody, too. A top notch company.
The bid included everything needed, from the A/C unit to an electrical service upgrade and gas hookup. The crew, Ken, Eddie and Herbey were extremely professional and efficient.
The team of Ken, Eddie, and Herbie did an excellent job of replacing our aging AC unit with a Trane AC/Heater combination. They worked efficiently with no complications, at least for us, and everything is working well so far.
Excellent job. Ken,Eddie and Herby were polite very good at there jobs and cleaned up when done. It was done in six hours. Would rate the job as five stars.
Eddie, Herbey and Ken installed two new furnaces in our house. They worked all day and left the place clean and swept. Kayla at Axiom then scheduled the city inspection. In dealing with the folks at Axiom, I appreciated that they always called a half hour before they showed up, and they showed up on time for every appointment. The estimate was also sent within a day of Mario’s visit, whereas we never received the estimate from another company. I would definitely go back to Axiom and would recommend them to others.
