We always use AW Heating & Cooling. As usual they were available on short notice and completed the job as promised. They actually called and were available a day ahead of our scheduled time which worked out great for us. Jared and Blaine were professional, friendly and did a great job! I highly recommend this company.

Jared and Bill installed a new AC replacing the one we had. I learned much from them about how systems work and how to take care of them once installed. They were not critical of the work they had replaced, but it was clear they were more thorough and knowledgeable than those that had preceded them. I give them 5 stars because they are deserving of it. Addendum: It is a few weeks later now, and my wife and I decided to have AW raise our hot water heater (which the folks who installed it should have done but did not, and the emergency drainage piping actually gradually "went up" which is contrary to the physics of water flow; furthermore, the drainage piping the previous contractor installed was not glued. Not to disparage the previous contractor too badly, but...pretty lame.) So we met Justin and Blake this time, who raised the hot water heater properly and made for proper emergency drainage. Kyle (owner) was the first to come to our home to evaluate what work needed to be done, and he said he has a very good team working for him. I have met four of them, and they all were professional and did excellent work.
At the request of someone purchasing a home I was selling they wanted AW to come out and inspect the furnace. I have heard of disreputable companies going out to homes and say they needed a new furnace when they didn’t so I was worried that this company might do that since I did not hire them. Tanner from AW came out was very professional, inspected the furnace and determined that it was fine which I knew it was but it gave me great confidence in knowing that if I ever do have a issue that this company is honest and to me that is EVERYTHING in today’s world. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future. Thank you for being honest. Mark

In the past every service rep we had has been great. Always on time, and knowledgeable. Work always done in timely fashion. Today was no different. Jarid call ahead of time,told us what was needed before he got here. Will continue using this company.

We had switched to AW Heating and Cooling when our AC unit stopped working in the heat of the summer. I had called our existing AC repair company and was told they would get to us by "the end of the week". Due to the heat, I tried calling AW Heating and Cooling thinking perhaps they would be able to come sooner. They explained since I was not an existing customer I possibly could get assistance next day - in my mind this was still better than "by the end of the week". To my surprise, I received a phone call a couple hours later and AW was at my house fixing our AC unit by 5pm that same day. Since then, I have not used anyone else for any of the services they offer. We had a new AC unit installed a few weeks ago and Landon did an awesome job analyzing what would work best for us, explaining the options and following up after the unit was installed to ensure we did not have any issues or concerns. Every service technician we have had has always been informative, prompt and courteous. We are extremely happy customers and highly recommend this locally owned business.
Great experience with this company. They were very responsive to come out and fix my air conditioning. Very professional group and I'll be using them for my future HVAC needs.
We first used AW Heating when we arrived home very late one night last winter in sub-freezing weather adn our furnace was not working. The company we had used for nearly two decades refused to come out emergently. We saw that AW Heating provided emergent repair, so we called them. They came out promptly and fixed our furnace. We stayed with them now this fall for annual maintenance. They have always been pleasant, courteous, and professional. They are prompt and pay attention to details and are careful to not “dirty” the house while working.
