During an incredibly cold snap our HVAC condensation drain line froze and the water build-up shut our system down. I called 4 local companies who were backed up into the following day but luckily I got a hold of Mr Avery and he came out within an hour or so and got our issue sorted out. I am in the business of disaster restoration and have high standards of service and I was SO pleased and impressed with the service AND VALUE I received from Avery Home Services. Any HVAC issue I have in the future will be handled by Avery Home Services! Thank you!!
Mr Avery has been serviceing my Heating unit for years. I had a issue just this pass Sunday, where on one side of my Condo did not have electric power. I called him up on a Sunday for help. Mr. Avery came out from Arlington to Reston to help a lady in distress. Mr Avery came in and found out what was wrong with my electric power very fast and fix the promble. He was very nice and did not charge me for service call on the weekend. What a wonderful person. Will always use him. Ms Wooten
Avery Home Services (AHS) workmen and Mr. Avery were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough about the job of installing my new AC and heating unit at my home. I am very pleased with the work that was done. I will certainly refer my family and friends to AHS for their AC and heating needs.
Avery Home Services came, and work in my house for what I though was just a blown fuse. I have to admit that the contractor that came was very professional with his assignment, and gave me a reasonable price. What I like the most about this company is that their service fee is included in the final price. Many companies charge a lot for the service call. If I have any future problems with my HAC unit, I will definitely contact them again
