Our heat pump went out during the recent cold weather. It happened to be Christmas Eve day, and we called over 20 different companies, trying to find someone who would come out to service it. Paul with Averette was the ONLY company to even return our call. He came out on Christmas Eve, analyzed the problem, and was able to provide enough of a temporary fix to keep our house heated until a permanent fix could be installed. Fantastic customer service!
Came out, did half the work. Never finished the job, unresponsive, thanks for absolutely nothing. Will never call again. Update: Regardless of whether you remember or acknowledge our previous interaction, that has no bearing on the veracity of my review.
