5 star service! Definitely the best in Az!
Needed a new system, company came in installed, cleaned outside area, ducts and was very knowledgeable. Found flaws and fixed them the correct way. Our family is thankful.
Think twice before use this guy is very deceptive, hired them to replace all of our ductwork will be attaching a few pictures I had another company come and give me a second opinion to make sure that they did everything right . We found out from the other company that they did not use the ductwork I paid for they use the cheaper product, they did short cuts and connected to existing ductwork that was supposed to be taken down. They also and properly sized it, and also didn’t use the proper connections and it was leaking air in the attic. I also had them do minor plumbing work which caused a flood. Luckily we were still renovating the property. I’ll be attaching a few photos.
Ben is friendly honest and has integrity and helped me with my venting concerns and took the time do everything correctly. I will definitely call him again for any HVAC work in the future.
Ben was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Upon initial call he was knowledgeable about the possibilities of the issue. And he had the repair completed within and hour and half of the call. He is honest and always respectful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends, as well as be a continued customer.
Ben is awesome! Very friendly and honest! He repaired an air duct under the house. He even came back to use sealant to fix some gaps in the floor vents. He just came to clean out the AC blower! I highly recommend Avalanche!
