Tyler came out to work on my system, and he was very professional - even wore shoe covers in the house. He did a thorough diagnostics to address issues with my system not turning on and running. Even after fixing the issue, he looked further to make sure nothing else was triggering the issue. He also made sure the system not only ran, but continued to run without any issues. He also addressed other issues my system had, from the installation. He explained everything without making me feel small. Another lovely touch this guy has, is he even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was still running properly. Also, when I did have another issue - a water leak that we knew would happen sooner or later - he came out pretty quickly and he fixed it up for me. All in all, great knowledge/experience to the job, and great customer service too.

Excellent service! I called and they were able to come out quickly and determined the issue we were having with our unit. He provided a fair price and fixed it quickly. I cannot handle being in the heat and I cannot afford to pay for services that are not necessary. He was upfront and honest. I highly recommend him for anyone needing work done or seasonal maintenance. Every thing was excellent and it is working well now. He explained everything he did in a way that I could understand and advised me on how to care for it in the future.
Avalanche is very responsive and provides quality service. When my AC went out, I was able to call Avalanche. They came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed the problem.
Tyler came out within 24hrs and diagnosed our cooling issues quickly. He explained it all so I could understand and had our home cool within hours. Very trustworthy, dependable, and professional.
