I've used Ava Air for about 8 years and couldn't be happier. Chris and his crew always do solid work and when it comes to HVAC you don't want to mess around. Previously, we had a home warranty on our unit and the company that was supposed to replace a part told me it was going to be over a week in the middle of the summer! Chris was able to fix and get us up and running within 24 hours. Very responsive!!! Do yourself a favor and call Ava Air for your HVAC needs. If you comparison price shop Ava Air is very competitive and could save you hundreds easily!

AvaAir Heating And Cooling LLP. I called Ava Air after having an issue with my upstairs unit not cooling properly. Cool Ray had came by earlier and said I needed a new system without trying anything else. Ava Air convinced me that they didnt see any sign of the issue that Cool Ray gave, and they simply said I was low on refrigerant which made more sense as I had never had anything done to that unit. I spoke with the owner at Ava Air, we talked it through and someone was at my home within two hours. I cant thank Ava Air enough for fixing my issue and saving me thousands! This will be my go to HVAC Company forever!
AvaAir has got my service for life, hands down. I was referred by a family friend, and so glad I did. Chris made it top priority to visit my home on a Saturday morning, the day we first spoke. I have a much older unit (1998) and he understood the potential risks with my unit. Chris accurately inspected everything with my system (even crawled into it!) and he found the solution. My AC is back up with no freezing just in time for the upcoming heatwave. Chris was well spoken, knowledgeable, and kind. Don't hire the big business corporate companies, hire AvaAir. I didn't feel or hear a sales pitch the whole 2 hours. I've never tipped a repairman in my life!
Chris did a very thorough inspection of my basement system, listening to my concerns and adjusting settings so that it operated more efficiently. Great job, and very knowledgeable!
Chris and his team were extremely professional and made sure that I understood exactly what they were doing and why. Chris even reprogrammed our thermostat to fit our exact schedule preferences in terms of how hot/cold we want the house throughout the day! Can’t recommend these guys enough !
I love Ava Air! Chris (owner) is a wonderful person to work with. I also got to meat Nick and Chris Lowry. They are very knowledgeable, considerate and fun to interact with. I found Ava air through many recommendations on Nextdoor when I needed someone to fix a gas leak that was coming from the furnace. That was a few years ago and I’ve been using them since, mainly for regular inspections/maintenance. Last week my AC unit stopped working. I called them, Lowry showed up and solved the problem in no time. Dealing with all of them has been painless and pleasurable (compared to some other businesses that give me a massive headache for days). I highly recommend them!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ava Air Heating & Cooling is the absolute BEST AC/HEATING company you could possibly ask for. I’ve owned numerous homes over the last 30+ years and have had the unpleasantness of broken HVAV systems along the way, always costing me a ridiculous amount of money to fix or replace. With the pandemic actively taking our community down, I was terrified how much this resolution would set me back. The owner of this great company went above and beyond to make sure myself and 2 precious children were kept safe and comfortable in our home by not only responding to my call quickly, but but showing up to the house immediately that day, and provided a quote and plan of action to resolve the issue ASAP. **The cherry on top: he helped me work out a deal that I could afford as a single mom, after my cleaning business had taken a direct hit from covid. The owner and employees of this business are all very hard working veterans who possess high level ethics and trustworthiness that other companies alike fail to provide, and can’t even come close to comparing to. Their staff was so friendly to my children and our fur babies throughout the entire process, so much so, they felt like family by the time they completed the job. You will not be overcharged or ripped off at AvaAir Heating and Cooling. You will, however, receive the absolute BEST customer service and quality of service than you literally will anywhere else in the Atlanta area!! Do not do anything else!!! Pick up the phone right now, and call them. They’re a small business but the BEST; they will reply to you quickly. I’m ecstatic and proud that this small business owner has been able to weather the storm of covid. I called them twice. Never returned my call. My air was out and I was looking to replace. They didn't have the time, I guess. It's not like I left a message, I actually talked to someone. Twice. In my book, that's a quick way out of business in this area. Too many reputable companies to waist time with these people.

We've been fortunate to use AvaAir on many occasions. First, he installed a Nest thermostat - very efficient and spent time educating us on how to best program. Second, for servicing an AC unit and he was prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. Last, for a full HVAC system installation which was a challenging job as the furnace was in the attic of our home - his crew exceeded our expectations on all fronts. My wife is a realtor and she has been very comfortable in referring Chris for her many customer's needs.
I cant say enough good things about these guys, they were all super fast, efficient, kind, and very respectful of our home and personal space. Chris the owner was even nice enough to come back a few days later and fix a smal airflow problem that he overheard my wife mention. He truly went the extra mile.

I have had to call Chris at AvaAir on two different occasions. Amazing service! Chris is a caring, kind individual which reflects in his work. He's patient and explained what issues I was having and how he was going to fix it. He was quick to respond and to get the work done. I cannot say enough good things and recommend him highly.
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Chris and AvaAir, but I'll try. He arrived at the house earlier than expected. Using the hodge-podge of information I provided - Chris explained what he'd do to fix the problem and how he could improve efficiency and hopefully prolong the life of our system. Chris went above and beyond with the repair work and explained everything he was doing during the process. Finally, based on the quality of work, ability to trouble-shoot, overall knowledge, and professionalism while on the job - money well-spent. Will definitely call him again.
Chris is great. Always quick to respond and prices well below competitors. Overall great guy who is pleasant to talk to. If I don't understand something he will explain it to me over without hesitation.
Chris was quick to respond both when I first requested a professional installation of my new Nest Thermostat and a year and a half later when I started having issues with it. He methodically worked through the issue and found the solution to get my AC and heat back up and running.
Chris came out to offer excellent same day service. He was professional, clear in communicating what work he was doing, and best of all, our AC is back up and running! Highly recommend his company.
