Ava’s Air Conditioning was assigned to us under a warranty contract. It was a very positive experience. Alex arrived promptly as scheduled and assessed the problem. They continually kept us informed during the process and showed up as scheduled to complete the repair. They were always prompt, courteous and professional. The job was completed on time and within the stated budget. Frankly, I was surprised that a warranty job could go so smoothly. I highly recommend Ava’s Air Conditioning for any repair job.
It all started with the professionalism and very quick responsive time from Paula in customer service with scheduling appointments and tracking down my parts to get my A/C back up and running. Also, Alex and his helper Carlos were great at their job and explaining how everything will go down. Ava’s has a great team of employees and I would highly recommend them and use their services in the future.
My experience with Ava's air-conditioning goes above and beyond. I dealt with Paola and Alex who lead this ducking system replacement project. We found mold in the system and was causing my family to be sick all the time. Nose bleeds and constantly having to take antibiotics, as these health issues grew to be a major concern. I reached out to Paola from Ava and she was ON IT!! She came out with Alex and assessed the situation and understood how important it was to get this project started ASAP. She had her crew out here the next day and these guys ment business! Professional, Super friendly, phenomenal communication through out the entire process, understanding my concerns. These guys worked from dusk to dawn, we had the first floor knocked out the first day and the 2nd floor completed the next day. We purchased the Air Scrubber for each floor which is a UV light and kills virus' such as flu and COVID virus' from the main line where our ducking system connects. We don't even need an air purifier in our home!!!! The work ethic went above and beyond expectations, the project was completed earlier than expected as a priority, these guys are perfectionists, I can't stop bragging, I am that happy, and more so beyond grateful, I'm a tough judge and they get an A+ and 100 stars ⭐! You guys deserve all the awards, thank you so much!

I called Greg to come and ceck my ac and he figured out that i need a new coil in the attic. Checked one day and fixed on the day after. Amazing guy and great customer service. Will call him again.

Ava's replaced two AC units on a 100 degree day! Did it one day, fair and honest! Not many AC firms could be such!! Paula and Alexander are the best, you will be the one to benefit from using them!!!!
Ava's is the only service to call when your heating system or A/C need repair. They are super responsive, show up on time, do the job in an excellent manner, and are easy to work with. Alex is an outstanding tech who knows what he's doing and delivers. Just go here when your HVAC goes haywire.
