Paul came out on a holiday and was very friendly and got right to it. Thankfully it was an easy part to fix and we had our AC unit back up and running within half an hour. The price was very reasonable and he answered some other questions that we had about the efficiency of our homes air conditioning too. Such a nice experience! Thank you Paul, we truly appreciate your work and help!! Will definitely be calling you for any future maintenance or repairs.

I was having issues with my A/C not cooling the townhouse I recently purchased. I reached out to Paul and left a voicemail and received a call back within the hour to schedule an appointment the same week. He showed up within the appointment window time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and got my AC back up and running. I would absolutely recommend Ava Air and greatly appreciate the help!

Excellent service. Paul was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything thoroughly, and had my AC back from what I was certain was the brink of death in no time. I am a very satisfied customer.
Inspection done several weeks ago-$79. Preventative maintenance needed. Part was ordered with estimated repair-$1000+. Day of repair, it was discovered issue could be resolved without part. Tech apologized, fixed bent filter frame causing dripping, cleaned unit, installed longer drain pipe to prevent splash issues, and credited me -$79. Final bill-$80. Tech could have provided un-necessary, bigger repair and left me with dry wall and paint fix as well. I never would have known.

Ava Air is hands down the best HVAC company in the Burke,Springfield area. Our home warranty company sent out a technician when our AC died. That company lied and told us about problems that didn’t exist. I called Ava air and within a day, Paul correctly diagnosed my issues and recommended a fix that was in our budget and exceeded our HVAC needs. If you ever have an HVAC, your first call should be to Ava Air.
