They are very professional and the way they speak to customers it makes you feel you are in good hands.
We bought a unit from them had them place it almost a year ago and it is not aorkinf our air went out. Called them at the beginning of week to have problem fixed, told us they could not get our til Thursday due to weather someone would be at my home at 8 am Thursday morning 3/18/21. Fast forward it Thursday no one has called, I can’t get anyone on the line the answering service keeps picking up. No one has called to tell me why no one has presented to my home like they promised. And I have been with AC for a whole week with my kids out for spring break! We are hot and upset. I am currently calling have left message and keep getting answering service and I hang up! Who not use. I’m very upset and disappointed and to make it worst the unit has a Warrenty and it not our fault why the unit is not working it’s covered under their warranty but I guess that doesn’t matter

Corey came out and was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be using autumn air again in the future. Colin was great as well. He could have put in a part that wasnt quite right, and I wouldnt have noticed. He was honest and came back with the right part. Jason Garner was friendly, respectful, and very skilled. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure everything was right for us. The technicians will put your mind at ease. I cant recommend this company enough!
