I highly recommend calling Gary at Autumn Air first for your HVAC needs. His experience and knowledge along with his focus on saving you money if he can is hard to find these days. Gary is timely in getting back with phone calls and will get out as quickly as possible, even on the weekends if it is an urgent need. He does a great job explaining your options and will not pressure you into what makes him the most money on the job. You are getting top-notch service from someone you can trust.

I had contacted another company to check on an a/c with no circulation and received a bid for a new hvac system and a charge for $100 to come out. A friend recommended I call Gary to get a second opinion. Gary was out to my house same day and unlike the competition took the time to explain my issue and discuss my options. Not only was he able to drastically beat the competitors but he got me a higher quality system. He worked with me on my hectic and limited schedule and did excellent work. Gary didn't have a untrained employee come out, he did the work himself and took extra care to make sure the job was correct and I was satisfied. I will use Gary for any jobs in the future, great experience in a tough situation!

Air went out in the middle of the day. Didn’t have a recommendation on who to call, quick google search and found Autumn Air. Gary answered and said he could be there in 30 minutes. Gary started troubleshooting the unit and figured out the problem. Had the Air back on within an hour. Fantastic quick service from a friendly guy who charges reasonable prices. If you need your hvac looked at call Gary, you won’t regret it.

We recently moved to the Ofallon area in July 2016 (renting)and since then we have used autumn air for all of our AC needs. Every time we have called he has always came out within 30 min to an hour of us calling. Which without air is a godsend! On a Friday night in January, I came home to a furnace not blowing. My home is still covered under a home owner's warranty since I've owned it less than a year. I couldn't get in touch with anyone from that company. Luckily I have a gas fireplace that I could run all night long for some warmth. We also used some small heaters and electric blankets. The following morning, the house was barely 50 degrees and I couldn't wait on the home warranty people. I called Gary. He just happened to be out in St. Charles Co at the time. He came by and fixed the issue with the furnace in less than 20 minutes. I paid him just slightly more than what the deductible would have been on the home owner's warranty claim. Monday morning I received a call back from the home warranty company letting me know they'd send someone out. I told them forget it. I'm at work, and I didn't realize I had a warranty that was only good M-F 9AM-4PM. Gary really is the best. Thanks! I highly recommend his work.

Gary at Autumn Air is the man! He was referred to me by a friend, and I couldn't be happier. We bought our house a couple years ago, and the HVAC system has had problems since we bought the place due to its age. Gary has come out a few times each year to fix the problems we've had, and he's always been able to come out ASAP and get the job done quickly to get us back up and running. A few weeks ago, we decided to finally replace the A/C and furnace since we've had nothing but problems with the old unit, and Gary gave us a ton of options to choose from for our new setup. He's incredibly knowledgeable and really good at explaining the technology behind all the options, what the different types of systems do, and how they will affect both our comfort and utility bill. He gave us a very reasonable bid on our choice, and worked around our schedule to get it done. He stuck to the price on our bid; there were no extra fees or costs, even after he had to work late and come back the next day due to our old system being installed poorly by the previous owner. He even offered to pay out of pocket for an unforeseen thermostat upgrade that was required due to the existing wiring in our house. Our house is super comfortable now, the install looks very clean and professional, and we have one less thing to worry about now with the labor and parts warranty that came with our install. He even registered our equipment with the manufacturer and applied for a rebate with Ameren for us (which came out to about $550). Gary has always been fair and honest with us, so you can't go wrong with Autumn Air.

I recently called Autumn Air when my furnace went out around 10:30 pm on a Sunday night, during 90+ degree weather. When I called the company I normally use, I was connected to an answering service who informed me that because of high call volume, a technician could not get to me until late afternoon the next day. I was very concerned for my elderly father to be in such heat, so I decided to call other companies in the area to see if I could get help sooner. I called several others, who also had answering sevices, and could not get to me until late the next day, if not longer! However, when I called Autumn Air, Gary answered the phone personally. When I explained my situation, he assured me that he would do everything he could to get me up and running as soon as possible. Not only was he able to diagnose the problem over the phone by asking a series of questions, but he was able to actually walk me through the process of fixing the problem myself, without a service call! I found Gary to be extremely knowledgable, professional, and polite…..and he took the time to explain everything to me in terms I could easily understand. I was very impressed by the outstanding customer service Gary provided to me at such a late hour on a week-end. Given the fact that he could have very easily taken advantage of my situation, and made a very expensive service call instead of helping me the way he did, just proves to me that he is also a very trustworthy person. For these reasons, I feel very confident in my decision to gladly change my service provider to “Autumn Air” for all of my future furnace and air conditioning needs, and would highly recommend their services to anyone. Gary the owner was amazing! Our A/C went out in the middle of the first warm day of the year and all of the big name companies were booked until at least the following evening unless you wanted to pay double time for them to come out after 5pm. I called Autumn Air Company and talked with Gary, he told me he would fit us in no matter how late it would be and that he would only charge his regular rate. Once Gary arrived he was very professional and figured out the issue in under 10 min! After the quick fix the bill was very reasonable. I would recommend Autumn Air to anyone with A/C problems!

Not real pleased with my experience with Gary. His work was fine but he talks too much politics. I lean liberal and I could have thrown him out before he finished. The fella needs to learn to shut the h3ll up and just work.

This is one of the most reliable and honest company's I have ever used. They have helped me through the years. They kept my old unit running longer than any other company would of even tried. Being a single mom they did not take advantage of me when it came to pricing and work done.
