Showed up, and took care of my customer, and even fixed issues created by previous contractors! Highly recommend this family owed company!
This guy was all over the road today 5/18/2023, texting and driving is very unprofessional and not to mention DANGEROUS!!! Can't take someone like that serious when they can't even follow basic laws. From 1 business owner to the next GYST!
--Thought a funny smell was coming from the vent (turned out it was coming from an old PC). Anyhow, called around and sight unseen several companies explained it was likely a cracked heat exchanger and would need a new furnace. --Devon came out and checked out the system. Cleaned what needed to be cleaned and found some wires and insulation that last summers' squirrels had gnawed on. He placed new wires and new insulation for a very fair price. --Had Devon told me I needed a new system, I would have bought one from him; such was the level of faith I have in him and his family business. Cheers!
The team that came out was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were on-time, efficient, and did an amazing job of not only diagnosing the problem with the HVAC system, but then getting it fixed as quickly as possible. Came home after a month of being away to find our heater would not fully turn on. With a cold snap and rain storms on the way, I was a little worried. Not to mention I care for my 91yr old grandmother and 3 yr old son. After calling two other recommendations I’d received and being booked for an appointment 11 days out, I received a text from a close friend who had just had his entire heating and air system upgraded at his new home. He highly recommended Authority Heating & Air. I immediately give them a ring and Dave was absolutely wonderful and assured me he would do what he could to get someone over to our house THAT SAME DAY! Fast forward 2 1/2 hours and there’s a knock on the door, it’s Devin from Authority ready to assist us! Thankfully our problem wasn’t anything too major and Devin was able to get us up and running rather quickly! He was wonderfully patient and well spoken when explaining everything; from what the issue actually was to how he would fix it. He was also incredibly sweet and patient with my ever curious and insistent 3yr old son. All in all very reasonably priced for exceptional heating expertise and customer service. In a very short time they’ve made themselves our ‘go-to’ heating and air guys! You cannot go wrong with Authority. We were recommended Authority through another person in the industry and we are thankful for the referral. We have used Authority several times for minor and major issues to our AC and heating systems. They are a small family-owned business and always the ones we call. They are honest, friendly, professional, and almost always can get to my home the same day. The first time our system went out during a hot streak, they couldn't repair it for a few days and let me borrow a portable AC unit until they could get back out. They are very fairly priced; actually below price of many other competitors IMO.

David was very friendly and knowledgeable. We have used Authority heating and air before mainly because the customer Service from start to finish has been so good. This is a family owned business so you know they will be a step above. David took his time and was very informative.
Shout out to Devin, and this company. He was able to come out quicker than any other company I’ve ever heard of or worked with. Asked me a few questions, and immediately knew my AC was low on refrigerant after looking around. He gave me some honest options, with no surprise charges (pardon the pun) at the end of his visit. Will definitely continue reaching out to this company in the future for repairs, service or new equipment installation. You would be hard-pressed to find customer service of this level. Keep up the great work, and THANK YOU!

I called Authority Air after receiving a ridiculous price from another company. The next day Dave was out there and had repaired our A/C in no time! I will be calling them again when we look into replacing our A/C system. Thank you so much Dave!
This Combat Veteran would highly encourage anyone needing high quality service , to enlist the Campbell’s at Authority Heating & Air Conditioning. Personable, Professional, and Proficient at what they do. My AC was on the fritz before this May heatwave, and they came out, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part within 24 hours. Heat stroke averted! They’re a small family run outfit that treats you like family, except for paying for the part for me😂 Much appreciated, Dave Campbell
Devin was amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly! He went above and beyond to provide outstanding service to my in-laws home. To start off, I contacted Authority in the morning had a tech that evening at the home. We will definitely be recommending this company and Devin to others.
Heater was cycling on and off, getting some heat, but a search of this symptom suggested it could be serious. Was referred by my usual guy who is not working due to health issues but recommended Authority . Left a message with them and they called back in short order. They understood the concern and that I couldn't be without heat as we have an elderly family member with health issues living with us. He squeezed me in that same day, arrived on time and found an fixed fixed the problem in les than an hour. Was courteous, explained things to me, and did it for a fair price. Very satisfied.

Our AC went out and it was 113 degrees, one of the hottest days ever in Lincoln, CA. We are renters so I immediately reported it to our property management company RNB in Rocklin. It was late Saturday afternoon/evening and I knew that they were closed for the day. With the heat wave I was expecting to have no ac until Wednesday at the earliest. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from the owner of Authority Heating and Air Conditioning, David Campbell, on Sunday afternoon. Within about 20 minutes of that phone call he was at our house and 10 minutes after that he had our ac up and running. Thank you so much for coming out on a Sunday. Thank you doesn’t even begin to describe how amazed I am at the level of service provided. We had booked a hotel room for our family, including our dog, for Sunday night which we were able to cancel. Dave saved us over $200 in hotel costs alone. I cannot recommend Authority Heating and Air Conditioning enough. If you need someone to work on your HVAC, they are the people to call. Thanks Dave!!
Really happy with all of the work that I received. My old HVAC unit was around 25-30 years old and had a coolant leak (R22). The coolant is no longer available and the unit was unable to keep the house cool mid summer (bad timing). I opted for a full HVAC replacement and am really satisfied with the result. The old HVAC unit would get very loud due to the return not lining up properly with the vent. Authority was able to fix this for me by creating a custom platform to better position the return. While the new unit isn't silent, it is significantly better and I am very happy with it. The actually cooling has been great and the installation is very clean. I have nothing bad to say about it. During the entire process communication was very fast and clear. The pricing was fair. The turnaround time was FANTASTIC, we got a full repair and replacement in under a week once a solution was agreed to. Every employee I talked with was very professional, nice, and enjoyable to work with. I have had a bit of work done on this house and this has been my best experience so far, with only one other company (not HVAC) being close. I highly recommend Authority Heating & Air and will be using them in the future.
I would highly recommend Authority Heating and Air, from Dave Sr, to Dave Jr, and Devin as well as the crew that helped installed. This company and these guys are top notch from walk through to quote and then the installation process. Dave Sr was knowledgeable and there pricing very competitive. But you could just tell Dave Sr. is a down to earth fair guy that runs his business the right way and that sold us 100% Authority Heating and Air will be the only company we use for our AC and heating needs.
Great service! Very honest, respectful employees. Hard to know who to trust, but these guys are the real deal. If you have AC or Heater issues, you won't regret working with Authority!
