I needed a new air conditioner for my in-laws and the tech that came out to quote the work was very knowledgeable, courteous, and didn't give us a weird "salesman" vibe. His quote was the most attractive to us and we went with Authentic Air. I'm glad we did. The work was immaculate and my in-laws have been happy. He also took some time to help them figureout how to use their home automation system. Overall, the company did the work that they quoted for a fair price. I will have them out to do work when we need it again.
Wes came out promptly and fixed our hot water heater when it wasn’t working and then we used him again when our heater went out. He definitely knows the HVAC business in and out. He was very professional and didn’t try to take advantage of us. We will use him again if the need arises.
We had Wes out to install an AC unit for our business. He was friendly, worked hard, and delivered on what he said.
I am so happy I chose authentic air for our brand new heating and air conditioner this year! It’s about to get hot and I’m relieved we won’t spend even a day in this hot house without ac! Thank you so much Wes for the system!!
