Highly recommend!
I contacted an Austin's technician named Carlos as he arrived near my home for another appointment. I explained the freezing copper line issue related to my AC system. Carlos advised that they had a full schedule, but that he'd make time to stop by. He soon arrived and diagnosed the problem within 1min. The older unit had an airflow blockage from a secondary clogged filter. 5 years of using a blocked AC, Carlos corrected the issue within 1 minute! Honesty and integrity define Carlos and Austin's AC/heat. Other tech's wanted to replace my entire AC system!
Austin’s recently replaced both units in my house (19 years old – original units) A/C unit and furnace. Carlos did a great job at providing me with a comprehensive estimate. He provided me with the information specific to my house and helped answer my questions regarding the units and recommendations, work required, timelines, cost & financing, etc. He was helpful and did not try any gimmicky sales tactics. Carlos was straightforward and honest, which I very much appreciate. For my application, the option I selected was the 3 ton Trane (XR 16) Heat pump & Trane furnace. Once the selection was made, we decided to move forward. Carlos quickly set a day for the replacement & installation. I was very impressed by both the technicians (Luis and Jonathan). Both of these gentlemen were very professional, very hard-working, and took the time to explain and answer any questions I had about the project. I mean, you can’t ask for anything more! You can tell that they are dedicated to their craft, and it shows with the skill and work they perform. Omar (one of the owners/partners) even stopped by to check in and lend a helping hand to Luis and Jonathan. They took care of all the work in one day (started in the morning and finished by the early evening). I couldn’t believe it – there was a lot to do, but these Pro’s got everything taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. They also did a great job of cleaning up the entire worksite/house. A+: Luis, Jonathan, and Omar! Needless to say, I’m pleased and impressed by the level of service, work, and honesty. I also I’m confident that Austin’s provided me with the best value and cost savings for the work/service that I required. I’m happy with the high-quality Trane units they installed. Austin’s does excellent work that is done at a fair price (I didn’t feel I was getting taken or priced gouged). I will continue to use Austin’s for routine maintenance and servicing and any future HVAC projects. You can call and get estimates
We were extremely pleased and impressed with the timeliness and quality of workmanship by the Austin Service Rep. Victor. He was fast and efficient and went out of his way to explain his findings and the work he performed. He was also very courteous and offered several suggestions on how to improve the efficiency and reliability of our HVAC systems. He even convinced us that it would be to our benefit to sign up for their annual maintenance plan. Good job and "Thank You" to Victor!!

I was referred to them by a friend because my tenant informed me their heater was no longer blowing hot air. I called and they were able to go out to my property the next day. I received notice that it was a simple fix and they sent me all the info and the invoice. I truly appreciate their honesty and prompt service! I will definitely be using them in the future! Brenda

My AC was no longer cooling at all. It happened to be in the hottest week we've ever had. For the past five days it has been between 106 degrees and 111. Another four days of the same predicted. Great time to go out! We are two disabled, senior women. We became actually fearful for our lives beginning on the 111 degree day. I tried calling one AC company after the other. They were booked for weeks. It made NO difference to ANY of them that we were very old and disabled. UNTIL we called Austin's AC. They came out on the day we called! The fifth day of our heat wave. They saved us!!! Victor Poole was the repair person. He could not have been nicer, more informative or reasonably priced. Even though it was 7pm he waived the overtime fee and gave a 10% discount. And all that was needed was R-22 freon. I was fearful it would need an entire new AC system. He did not try to sell me anything else or further service. Just advice what to watch out for along the way indicating more service was needed or a new AC. FANTASTIC!
Austin's replaced one of our heats pump systems that was 30 years old. They gave us a very detailed competitive bid. Their work was very professional, they cleaned up after themselves like it was their own home. Rocky and his crew did a great installation and Carlos, who was our original contact, took care of the small problem that we had in a very prompt manner. When you call their office they are very professional and try their best to solve any issues the you may have. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. Highly recommend!
