Austin's Heating and Air Conditioning is the best that Solano and Napa counties have to offer. We've been using them since 2015, and have always found them to be excellent in every way. Not only are they wonderful at taking care of your A/C or Heating System, they care for their customers as well. David Mendoza, the owner of Austin's, is truly a man who cares. I have had migraines so bad they can sometimes be debilitating. Heat only accentuates the problem. David has always come through with a solution to get our A/C to pump through and keep us cool through another hot summer in Vacaville. Our A/C always needed to be babied basically because it was an old system. His kindness goes down through his staff as well. They have all been exceptional, and keep in touch with their customers. If you are looking to stay cool through the summer heat, or warm through the winter … Austin's should be on automatic dial on your phone. Austin’s Heating and Air Conditioning. We had a great experience working with Austin’s. They were recommended by a friend who had his heater replaced last year. The first visit was by a technician who diagnose the problem and came up with a solution for its repair. The heater was over 20 years old and was probably on its last legs. We tried the repair to see if we could save the money of replacement but it didn't work. Austin’s reviewed our system and made recommendations for a replacement . Heater and Air-conditioning systems have come a long way in the last 20 years and the new systems we had installed will save us on our energy costs. On the day of the installation a 3 man team arrived and got right down to business removing the old units and installing the new one. They worked quickly and cleanly finishing the job the same day. They returned the next week to install a second HVAC on the other side or our home. Again, they did a complete and clean job. The only issue was that one of the outside air conditioning units had some scratches on its housing. Austin’s ordered replacement parts and installed them as soon as they came in. Both of our systems are working perfectly and we are happy to recommend Austin’s.
Very polite and knowledgeable over the phone. Called to confirm appointment with a reminder call. Driver called 10 minutes before arriving too. Went above and beyond with the service.
Extremely Pleasant personnel, efficient, and did the work quickly however the price is high although all air conditioning units are a high cost
They recently installed a new AC unit in my home. We were so impressed with the professionalism, honesty, and fair price. They were punctual, clean and throughout. I would highly recommend this company.
Great prices and come out with short notices
This review goes out to Carlos! He was absolutely wonderful and very professional as well. He explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable to have him in our home. He was very knowledgeable in his field of expertise, and Austin's Air Conditioning Service should realize what a huge asset he is to this company and how fortunate they are to have an employee represent their image so well. I will always call them for all our HVAC needs in the future!!!
I needed to replace my original 2 Ton & 5 Ton ac systems in my house. I quoted with three companies in Vacaville. Austin’s was the least expensive by over $3,000 dollars. 4 workers showed up on install day at 8:00 am and did not leave until the job was done. Impressive price, service, local company and my Trane system is amazing! Thanks
Absolutely INCREDIBLE service! Victor showed up within an hour of my call! He was polite, friendly, and very professional! Had my heater running in no time and at a great price! Will never call anyone else!! These guys are the REAL deal!!
On Wednesday this week we had our Air Condition and Heater unit repaced. We are very happy and so impressed with the professionalism we experienced with Omar and his two man crew. Omar took the time to answer every question my husband and I had. I would deffinately recamend Austin's Air 😄
This company is the best! My thermostat broke. I called my home warranty company and the company that came out didn’t work on the type of system I have. I called Austin’s Air Conditioning late afternoon and spoke to David (the owner) and he came out the next day. He had to special order my thermostat, replaced it the next day. Great customer service.
