The team came out and did an amazing job. I will use them for any of our ac need from here on out and would recommend them to anyone! The crew is friendly and even my dogs liked them.
Came out on the 4th of July weekend, on a Saturday, when everyone else was out fishing. Quick diagnosis (blown capacitor), quick replacement, cleaned the outside coils, and left. I would use them again.

Frank and his crew did a great job for us and we really appreciated their responsiveness. We needed to replace the aging ductwork in our home and Frank came out the same day to give an estimate. His estimate was comparable to another quote we got and way lower than one of the big names in town. We went with Frank because he was responsive and his crew worked really hard. Soon after, our friends’ furnace went out in January and they couldn’t get someone to come out for weeks. We recommended Frank and he came out and fixed it in a few days. Frank will be my first call for my next hearing and A/C issue.
I could go on all day about Frank and his company and how great they are. In this day and age to find someone this quietly professional that you can communicate easily with and trust, that does great work at trustworthy costs- look no further than this company. I have never felt good about hvac work before this! Now I know that whatever comes up with my system Frank is the guy.
This will be the second time I have given a review for Frank and this HVAC Business. We had him replace our unit this time, and what a difference. I wish I had done it years ago. Frank kept our old unit working, but it finally gave up the ghost. The new unit is much quieter and cools so much faster. Again I cannot recommend this place enough. It quit in July, and it was hot!! this was Sunday afternoon. He was there!! fixed it up for the night, and finished it up the next day. Was expecting a large bill, not at all, it was fair and I was glad to pay it. I have joined his yearly check up program so this does not happen again!

Frank is one of those people that you run into that will provide you with a fair price, honest suggestions and quality work to fix your issue permanently. I contacted Frank to install a AC until and he worked with me on a fair price. This was a complicated situation and required 1-2 weeks of sorting out the situation. He helped me every step of the way and kept me in good communication. I would recommend his services to anyone in need for HVAC service.
My AC went out while I was sleeping during a hot August night. I called Frank first thing in the morning, and he came by and fixed the issue with expedience. Great price, fast response, and an overall pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
Our A/C went out on a Friday evening (after a week of 100+ degree days) and we thought we were going to be out of luck all weekend but thankfully we called Frank at Reliance. He is super knowledgeable, honest and prompt. He came over Saturday morning and had our A/C up and running in no time. He spent time making sure we know how to care for our A/C and how to troubleshoot in the future. His pricing is incredibly fair. I highly recommend him!
I have so many good things to say about Frank and his team at Austin Reliance. They gave me an extremely competitive bid to replace my AC unit, did the work quickly and called several times after to make sure the new unit was running properly. I have recommended Austin Reliance to several friends and neighbors and each time they received rave reviews. Austin Reliance is the best for any AC job. Frank at Austin Reliance Heating & A/C is amazing. I met Frank when I was renovating my home and he was extremely professional. Frank walked me through the process and got us a fantastic price on a top of the line Lennox unit. He installed the new unit quickly and did a great job. Since meeting Frank I have used Austin Reliance Heating & A/C at my business. We installed a brand new AC system but the unit was breaking down every other month, I called the company which installed the system and they sent a tech out to inspect but he couldn't identify the problem. I then called Frank who showed up and did a thorough job inspecting the units. He pointed out several things that were installed incorrectly and took the whole system apart and reassembled it to find the root of the problem - we have not had an A/C problem since. Austin Reliance Heating & A/C is now the only service provider I would call when I have HVAC needs.
