Austin Air is a great business. They are very honest and their quality of work is exceptional. Nick absolutely knows what he’s doing and I trust him completely. He sent his associate, Jesus, to service my AC and he was very knowledgeable and respectful. Thank you!
Nick and crew installed a mini split for me and not knowing much about these things Nick made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything and even taught me how to use the remote control which is simple I know but I'm not the best at these types of things. The remote is a piece of cake! Nick stands behind his work - 1 year labor and 10 years parts. Fantastic! I can't say enough wonderful things about Austin Air. I've got to say, I paid for the installation and mini split in advance and Nick was quick to tell me I should pay afterwards and he immediately refunded my credit card. Nick is completely honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend Austin Air for your purchase and maintenance needs.
First class and honest service
I had my furnace moved to the attic. They were willing to work with me and my ideas. Nick always told the truth and was on schedule. He never left me hanging and answered my questions. Great value for a great service.

Nick Jackson the owner and developer of Austin Air. Is very busy, because of consumers who want to have a reliable service. He is honest hard working, smart working, a really nice guy. When I hired Nick the first time, I talked to three different contractors, he preformed exactly what he said he would. I installed a ductlas mini split system, I could not be happier. Nick has been available to answer questions along the way as well.
replaced the gas valve in my wall heater, they are very efficient and did a great job.
Nick and Austin from Austin Air came to check out our furnace that had a problem with the heater that kept turning off. We were told by someone else a couple days earlier that we needed a new furnace because it had a cracked heat exchanger. Nick checked it out and quickly found that the problem was a bad limit switch. He replaced both switches and the heater started working again. We are glad we called Austin Air great to know there is an honest company to depend on for problems with our furnace. We will definitely use them in the future.
Nick and his crew (Chris, Joshua) worked beneath our house for several days, removing hideous old rat-chewed soft heating ducts, then measuring and installing a whole new system of insulated metal ducts. These were hung properly so they wouldn't touch the soil in the crawl space, and Nick also placed screens in all the returns and registers at our request. Nick and crew were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they worked incredibly hard. Everything Nick promised in the estimate was completed, on time, and our heating system works beautifully. Here you have a solid, honest, and reliable heating and AC company. Highly recommended!
