Chino is a great tech. My system were low on refrigerant and 2 previous techs couldn’t figure that out due to the 2-stage system I have. Chino understand the Lennox compressors and Harmony 3 system so well that he can figure out the problem quickly. With additional refrigerant, the system is cold as expected now

I am writing this review to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the services provided by Austin Air Conditioning. We hired them to install dampers for our 2 zone HVAC system, only to discover that the installation was done incorrectly, resulting in a year and a half of inefficient and problematic air flow. Initially, we noticed a significant lack of air flow upstairs, which we attributed to poor duct design or simply bad air circulation. Little did we know that the root cause of this issue was the faulty installation of the damper by Austin AC. It is extremely disheartening to realize that we had been living with an ineffective system for such a long time. Upon contacting Austin Air Conditioning to address the problem, we expected them to take responsibility for their faulty workmanship and rectify the situation. However, to our dismay, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and were unwilling to correct the problem they had caused. Their lack of accountability and refusal to stand by their work is both unprofessional and deeply disappointing. As a customer who trusted Austin AC to provide reliable and quality HVAC services, I feel utterly let down by their negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction. It is truly unfortunate that a company, which we believed to be reputable, has failed to uphold their commitment to delivering satisfactory results. I strongly advise anyone considering Austin Air Conditioning for their HVAC needs to proceed with caution. Their inability to take responsibility for their mistakes and their unwillingness to correct faulty workmanship raise serious doubts about their professionalism and integrity.

Amazing customer service that explained everything in an easy way to understand. Answered all of our questions and fixed the issues. Would recommend to anyone!! Chico, I believe, was our technicians name. He was awesome, extremely professional
This company does good quality work. I’m happy with their prices, quality of products, the workers were very professional & easy to work with. I didn’t have one problem or set back, no delays or hassles. I’m a retired firefighter & I pay attention to detail. I don’t usually recommend people but I’ll recommend them. If you schedule routine maintenance ask for Mauricio

Monica in the office was extremely unprofessional and rude. After spending hours on the phone over the course of a year with different supervisors, Monica claimed she couldn’t connect me with anyone who knew anything about my house because I couldn’t remember their names. I’ve had to take over punch list items for my builder who has absconded and I can’t always remember names of people from different trades. I politely suggested to Monica that maybe she could look in any notes she might have pertaining to my house to find out who the supervisor may have been or who I dealt with in the past. When our speaking overlapped briefly, she told me to stop talking. I was offended and told her that that was very rude and she said she was going to end the call and hung up on me. Very sad that this is the quality of people business can hire to be client-facing.
Chino was very professional and appeared to be very qualified. He thoroughly explained the work he performed and the maintenance Issue we have with one of the units. Rate the experience a 10.

The heating system in our home went out on a recent cold Saturday afternoon. Not sure if I could even get hold of anyone. Called Austin Air Conditioning, they answered right away and I had a tech (Jose) at our house in 45 minutes. We have a fairly complex system and I was really impressed with Jose’s knowledge of our system. Turns out we had a couple different problems which he was able to resolve. One solution involved replacing and programing a sophisticated electronics module. Impressed again that Jose had this specific module on his truck and was able to install it and get our heat going that Saturday evening. Jose was very knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. Great service by Austin Air and Jose.
Jose is an awesome tech! He's polite, professional, and excellent at his job. We always have a great experience when he services our AC/Heating system. Would definitely recommend!
