The good: - they were able to schedule diagnostic in a very short amount of time. The bad: - from all quotes I received for a new system, Aurora was priciest by far, and that too for Goodman system which is usually on the cheaper end. - charged me $75 for a diagnostic when the guy spent less than 5 min and told me entire unit had to be replaced. Also realized later they advertise diagnostics for $65 on Fb and their website but wanted to charge me $75. - Also thought it was weird the technician didn’t have a ladder to get into the attic to inspect the complete system.
We have had several experiences with Aurora and, all have been perfect!!
My husband and I just purchased a home and had to have a number of repairs done. Of all the contractors we had to work with, Aurora Mechanical was by far the best. They came on time to install our HVAC systems. Our home is slightly older and took extra time and care to install the systems. Instead of making it a two day project and leaving us without heat or AC, they worked diligently into the evening until the project was complete. During the project, they were friendly and answered all of my husband's questions (and he asks A LOT of questions). A+++ for customer service, installation, and hardwork! I will use them for all my future HVAC needs.
I reached out to the business yesterday, and the following day a serviceman was dispatched. Adrian was very knowledgeable, and let me know what was being done every step of the way. He also informed us that we had selected the incorrect filters, and educated on the correct ones to purchase. This company has provided us with 10 plus star service each and every time we have used them.
I had an awesome experience with using Aurora Mechanical to repair my HVAC. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. Aurora Mechanical are experts in their field. I highly recommend utilizing their services for all your heating and cooling needs.

JT is as good as they get when it comes to professionalism with the ability to truly explain your system and what you will need. I did a full system replacement after limping mine along for years, they had the old system out and new one within 7 hours and fully functioning. They were super clean and friendly ensuring the entire area they operated in was clean when they left, I would highly recommend JT and his team for anything HVAC.
The tech was a little late but not by much. It did not bother me. He was courteous and explained what he needed to do and explained some details around my air filters. Much appreciated. I will continue using Aurora as my hvac folks.

This company truly exceeded my expectations!! JT was awesome. He patiently answered all of my questions and gave me my options. Work was completed in a very timely manner and doe a very reasonable cost. Customer service was exceptional and I will definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

JT was awesome. He was five minutes early and did a very thorough job. Diagnosed my A.C problem and remedied the issue at a great cost. I’ll definitely be using Aurora again!
