Mr. Key’han responded very quickly yo do the repair on my AC in hot summer day. He quickly found the problem and fix it. He is the only AC tech. I have seen who used scale to accurately measure the gas he charge my Ac! 👍🏻 He stays till he make sure the unit work perfectly and then left. His labor and material charge was very very reasonable and comparable to others. He is a true expert AC technician. Thanks Kay’han 🙏🏻

Our A/C unit went out overnight & I called Kayhan with Aurora A/C on a Sunday morning. He was at my house within 2 hours. He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and had my unit back up & running within 15 minutes for a very reasonable price for it being after hours/weekend. My family will definitely use Aurora again for our A/C needs!
Ken at Aurora AC/Heat did a phenomenal job fixing our AC issues in a timely manner. He was able to help the same day when every other service we called couldn’t fit us in for several days. He was professional, friendly, and did a great job. I’d highly recommend this company for anyone needing AC/Heat service at a reasonable price.
Ken was fantastic. Very responsive to calls and texts. He was able to pinpoint the problem in the attic with drain pan and outside unit and had things running within the hour. Very thankful. He will most definitely be the 1st person I call or recommend to anyone with A/C Heating issues. Highly recommend

Ken did EXCELLENT work for us!! He takes pride in solving the problem no matter what… takes the time to explain everything to you and ensure you know why he is doing what he’s doing. Not only did he fix the most difficult fireplace I’ve ever seen, he also fixed our heating unit when no one else could. Fair priced and made the experience painless. Can’t recommend him enough!

Aurora Air Conditioning & Heating (Ken) is a lifesaver! I tried calling so many plumbing companies, they were all booked or didn’t answer. Ken answered and instructed me over the phone on how to fix my water heater. After that didn’t work I called back and he was able to come out and repair it. I appreciate him coming out during this busy time when everyone is needing services. We have been without hot water for several days due to the winter storm. So glad that it’s working!

My AC unit leaked refrigerant and Was worn out after years of repairs. I needed a new set-up. I called Aurora from a list of vendors provided my AC manufacturer. Ken answered my call and was able to see me the same day. Awesome! We discussed my needs, and he made recommendations on a replacement. I made my decision, and he had the units installed and running within the same week! I didn’t have to haggle over the price, his quote was the lowest right off the bat from all of the quotes I negotiated. What a relief. Very satisfied. Home inspector identified problem with HVAC. Ken, who also has experience as a home inspector, came by and was able to refute the inspector's claims. He could have just accepted the inspector's evaluation , fiddled around and charged me. Instead, he saved me what would surely have been a $100-$200 charge. I appeciated his knowledge and honesty. Would recommend.
