Mike is pretty great-- I would give him full stars if he was a little more responsive. Fortunately, the duct that we needed to have installed was less crucial to the overall timeline of the project. I think it's a small company so scheduling things is understandably more challenging.
Mike answers calls promptly, shows up on time, dependable. I will always call when I have a problem.
Mike came out on short notice and replaced my inducer motor. He was on time, efficient and beyond professional. Cannot recommend enough.
I have used Mike and Attraction for many years. He does a great job at a reasonable price. He always responds quickly. My 2 kids have changed over to using Mike as well. We all feel lucky to have Mike as our go to HVAC guy
I could have been taken for a ride by another company or perhaps they would have come to the exact conclusion that Mike did, but the professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge is what sealed the deal for Attraction to be my go-to HVAC company from now on. Showed up when he said he would, was super patient with our questions, fixed the issue quickly, gave some free tips to do our own maintenance - literally could not have imagined a better experience when being stressed about a broken ac unit in the middle of summer. Thanks guys, hopefully we don’t see you again too soon, but I know it will be great service when we do!
I highly recommend Attraction Heating and Cooling. Mike is very responsive, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I've used AHAC several times and will continue to do so.
We called Mike when our AC wasn’t working he was able to come out same day, did a diagnostic on our Unit and determined all it needed was a new filter. He didn’t even charge us a fee for coming out to do that and said to call him back if changing the filter didn’t work (which it seems like it did). Highly recommend
Mike was able to squeeze me in on NYE, quickly diagnosed my issue and fixed it promptly. He even gave me a lesson on furnaces and how they (should) work. Top notch, and would definitely recommend.

Glad everybody else had a positive experience. My experience with Mike was terrible. Left me waiting for 3 weeks. When I finally decided to contact him he was very disrespectful, and unprofessional. Turns out the problem was something he did previously to my furnace. He said it was the metering device and it was under warranty. He said he will exercise the warranty and call me. Never heard from him again. Definitely would not recommend. Denver full of hvac contractors will not struggle to find better service.
We used Attraction to have our furnace and AC certified before selling our house. Not only was Attraction able to get to us before our deadline. Mike was actually 2 mins early. Mike was super friendly, helpful and was even willing to talk to the buyers of our house! I can't recommend Attraction enough and def will use them for our new house.
Mike is great and honest. We were told by two other AC guys that we needed a new unit. First, Mike talked to me on the phone and gave me free advice. Then he came out and looked at our unit. He wasn't convinced that we needed a new one. He cleaned the coils near the furnace, and then outside as well. He checked the coolant levels and made sure everything was running. He said he wouldn't doubt if it lasted another year or two, but it's probably near the end of its life. He literally saved us from spending thousands right now. He's a great guy and you won't be disappointed in choosing him.
I called Attraction Heating and Cooling after being told our AC could not be repaired and we would need a total unit replacement. Mike was able to come out about two hours after I called. He quickly found the issue and had our AC running within an hour. Mike also spent the time looking and talking through some future work we would like done. Courteous, knowledgeable and won’t try to up sell!
We had a bit of a tricky blower that needed to be installed and did our due diligence getting quotes from other HVAC companies. It is not always about the quote and getting the cheapest. It is about getting someone who knows what they are doing especially when you are letting that someone cut a hole in your house to install a blower vent. Mike knows what he is doing! He did an excellent job. I knew as soon as he came in to give us an estimate and talked through the project that he was the guy! He was prompt, professional and respectful with COVID protocols. As far as cost for the job he was right in the middle. It is always important to get the right person that you can trust. I would highly recommend Attraction Heating & Cooling and would absolutely use again.

After trying multiple HVAC contractors, and them being incompetent in determining the issues and/or trying to sell you stuff you don't need (in addition to charging outrageous amounts for diagnosis that never found the issue), I was recommended to contact Attraction Heating and Cooling. I am very glad I was referred. Attraction Heating and Cooling were readily available, they are extremely knowledgeable of HVAC systems, they do quick and efficient work, they don't overcharge you, and they are trustworthy.
Our experience with Attraction Heating & Cooling was great! Mike was the technician that was working with us to solve a hugeee underlying problem with our in-house humidification system. All I can say is that Mike went above and beyond for us. He was very professional, timely, and most importantly he really showed us that he cared about helping us get our problem solved. He put in multiple visits and a lot of research to fix our problem. If you want a company to service your house that really knows what they are doing, Attraction Heating & Cooling is definitely the way to go. They got all of our issues resolved and we could not be happier. A++++ Highly recommend!

I needed my water heater replaced called too many places they all wanted to come and give me a estimate as far as 10 days out for just getting an appointment.so i called Mike he gave me a estimate over the phone and replaced the water heater next day at 8 o'clock in the morning for a very good price and did a very good job .
Mike did a great job fixing my AC exhaust fan this summer. He arrived the same day as I called, and got the job done ahead of schedule. He really came through for my family and got the AC working again. I'd highly recommend him.
Mike is the owner and the guy you'll work with. What a fantastic experience. Mike is honest, SO knowledgeable, competitively priced and wiling to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right as well as your satisfaction (without nickle-&-diming you). He's a small operation and was willing to not only meet a Groupon price for a new AC install, but he INCLUDED critical items required for the install that the other company said was not needed, and would charge me extra for. I cannot recommend him enough.
