It was a pleasure working with them from start to finish. Made the mass saves rebate process easy and really took the time to figure out what type of system was best for our current heating system. I would recommend Atmos to anyone needing HVAC services
As a repeat customer I can undoubtedly say Atmos has provided me the most professional, quality, seamless work I have ever received from any laboring service for my household. Their great communication and response time made the process of removing an out-of-date boiler tank for the new multi-purpose unit system simple and easy during a stressful time. Great crew members and prompt cleanliness. Would highly recommend!!
We did a complete gut renovation on our home and Atmos Heating and Cooling was the single most pleasant contractor and experience of them all. Saleek and Glen and their team were informative and extremely professional. They went above and beyond in both explaining all of our options, but also guided us through the process in securing rebates and financing. They started the work when they said they would and stayed until completed. Most importantly, any questions/concerns we had, Saleek answered every call, day or night, even after the job was completed. Money well spent in a renovation project that had its mistakes. Atmos wasn’t one of them; I would highly recommend Atmos HVAC for their professionalism and customer service.
Atmos HVAC installed a fully ducted forced hot air and central AC system and whole-house humidifier in my house as part of a major addition/renovation to an older home. I highly recommend and would absolutely use them again. From my first interaction they were amazing and professional and have continued to be even after finishing the project. They are truly a full service, end to end experience. A few highlights: Their up front process was amazing. They have an in-depth knowledge of the Mass Save Home Energy Incentive Program and were able to identify the best system for my home and complete/submit all the required paperwork to apply for a 0% heat loan. During installation, they were also great. They listened to my needs and helped flex the system (supply locations, return locations, furnace and condenser locations, line-set routing, etc.). They worked very hard to make sure the system would both function at its best AND work the best in an old home retrofit. I also want to mention how amazing of a job they did sneaking duct work in and around my home. We didn't lose a single square foot of living space and in fact GAINED head space in our basement! And after the process they continue to be exceptional. Saleek has followed up several times since completing the work to make sure the system is working as expected, he shared several how-to and maintenance tips. Lastly - I'll share that they continue to provide a great end to end experience - going as far as submitting my rebate forms and starting that process for me. When I say they are truly 'end to end' - I mean it.
Right from the beginning I was incredibly impressed with Atmos HVAC. Kevin and Glen made sure to walk me through all of my options and the entire team is clearly very knowledgeable about the various systems and navigating the infrastructure of older homes. Atmos’ pricing was also the most competitive pricing I came across and Kevin was also very helpful in helping with the required paperwork for the MassSaves heating program.
Had a new gas heat furnace put into the house, as well as a new AC. Heat worked great all winter, but there was an issue with the central AC when it got hot in early June. Saleek from Atmos, and the rest of the team worked hard, visiting the house several times over a couple weeks, to troubleshoot. Eventually, they discovered the AC unit's compressor was a dud. They swapped it out and my house is now an icebox despite the old inefficient duct work. I'll be having the duct work repaired if not replaced by Atmos at some point in the near future.
Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Came out during heatwave to troubleshoot new construction AC system on a Sunday. Vanessa performed thorough diagnostics and was able to add refrigerant which fixed the issues. Very professional and explained everything. Followed up to check on performance after service call. Highly recommend.
From the initial visit to the completion of my Mitsubishi Mini Split system, Saleek and staff were all wonderful to work with! They are all professional, great for listening to your requests, on time, very fair, and an absolute pleasure to have in your home! On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them an 11!!!
We used Atmos to install a new heating system and central air. They were great to work with from start to finish, and were able to get creative in getting central air down to the first floor of an older house, which some companies I talked to we’re not able to do. They also did a lot of the heavy lifting on the mass save application and rebates, which was very helpful. Will definitely use them again.
I was in a major crisis with a burst pipe and ATMOS got back to me before any of the other 24/7 companies. The guy walked me through the steps needed to isolate the pipe leak get my water back on to the rest of the house. They saved me hundreds of dollars it was amazing and the gentleman was polite and professional. It would have been an absolute disaster without the help of ATMOS. I will never go to anyone else.
Atmos hvac is a great company to hire accountable and fast. There wasn’t one thing we asked of them they didn’t comply professionally too. Great staff, on schedule... i cant say enough! “PerfectFIT”
Well done and great job by the crew at Atmos HVAC. They were professional and very reasonably priced. They explained the various options of the heating systems and the cost. They arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. Their price was better than the company that works for Home Depot. They cleaned up after the installation and left the work area cleaner than when they started. They showed me how to operate the heating system and installed the thermostat free of charge. Great job crew. I would recommend them to anyone.
This company has done great work in my previous home installing a complete central air system, as well as updating and maintaining the existing central AC system in my new home.

Vanessa from Atmos came to repair our AC on short notice....saved the day!!! She explained everything that while assessing and addressing all the issues that she discovered and gave us some very useful recommendations on how to maintain our system, along with ideas for optimizing it for the future. The turn around time was very quick and I will certain recommend Atmos to my friends and family.
Our central a/c went down in the middle of a recent heat wave. Atmos HVAC was one of four companies who came and put in a bid for the job. They had a fast response time and came in with a competitive bid. We asked around and had positive feedback from other customers and gave them the job. They were on time and had us up and running within a day. Staff was friendly and managed to add some lines/vents that other companies said were not possible. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
Saleek and Glenn were very responsive from when I first contacted them, through the installation and even when I reached out post-installation with questions. I highly recommend them!
Kevin and Glenn were such a delight to work with. Kevin made the scheduling and follow up super easy and took care of much of the necessary paperwork with MassSave. Glenn was helpful and thorogh with the installation. He was even able to come back a week later after we had an issue with the furnace! These guys are great
In a last minute emergency situation, they responded with insight and expertise. Not only were they knowledgeable but they also gave me a great price and saved me money in the long run. I highly recommend for any HVAC needs!
Had them do an mini split install at my restaurant in Dorchester. Communication was great and they were very professional and punctual. I’ve since referred them to several people. Glenn and Yemi were very knowledgeable and were able to teach us how to use the unit easily. I look forward to using them at my future establishments.
