I called this company several times (and texted) about an issue with my furnace but never received a call back. The last time I checked, that’s not a good way to run a business.
The guys that came out to my home were awesome! They provided me with the information needed so that an informed decision could be made. They were quick, efficient and on time. Did a great job checking my system and making the adjustments needed in order for my home to cool effectively. 10 out 10!
it's heat advisory all week, i called Tim with Atlas on a 6/14, they came out same day & gave bid, completed full HVAC installalation 6/15 on our home & I couldn't believe it didn't take 1-2 weeks. Great price, response time & clean up. Thank Atlas crew & Tim, your work has been stellar for 11 years on 2 homes.
Friendly, helpful, and had the problem fixed in less than 24 hours from when we called. Great company.
This company is awesome, They came right out, checked everything out and repaired a frayed wire and the thermostat. The cost was under $100. Another company told me I needed to replace my compressor and the cost was $2000!! So Glad I called Atlas Heating and Cooling for a second opinion, From now on, I only trust Atlas Heating and Cooling,
Gentleman who came out to our house was great. When he saw I was wearing a mask, he offered to wear his own. Even though he was in my house less than 2 minutes, this gesture was tremendous. Thank you Atlas!

Awesome and knowledgeable service! We had an issue with our AC unit. The service tech came out on a weekend, and diagnosed and fixed the issues. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained all the issues to us. We greatly appreciate the awesome service!!
Tim w/ Atlas did an amazing job! Our A/C has not been working and it was 83+ degrees in our house with a 10 month old. He came in and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and was very professional and courteous. Not to mention, great in communicating prior to the appointment. Which most companies are not great at. I definitely recommend these guys! They will get you taken care of! Our A/C is working great now!

Tim came to my house 2 different days. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable both times. He kept a smile on his face the entire time that was genuine. He took the time to make sure that I knew what the problem was and how to fix it if it happened again. What else was impressive is that he took his shoes off as to not track dirt on my carpet. Also both times, I was running late. Any other company would have used that excuse to leave and clear the work order. But he waited in my drive way with a smile. Way to go Tim. I would really recommend Atlas Heating and Air. They believe in satisfying the customer and not just making money.
Tim was able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem with a clogged condensation line from the air conditioning coils above the furnace of a rental property. He did a professional job at a reasonable cost.
Outstanding service. Furnace stopped working in our rental house. After trying all the troubleshooting tips I know I contacted our landlord. 20 minutes later Tim from Atlas sent me a text asking what time the next day would be good for him to come by. I asked him if there was any way he could come that day. He said he was swamped but he would try. 45 minutes later he was at our house. Took him a couple minutes to realize the furnace was fine and that the thermostat had gone bad. 20 minutes later the new thermostat was in and furnace was running great. Highly recommended
