Amazing service and integrity. They pulled permits on my unit and saw that a different company had installed it less than a year ago, advised me to contact them for no-cost repair. They could have easily taken my money to fix it themselves and I would never have known the difference. Went totally above and beyond to treat me well as a customer. I'll be using Atlantic HVAC from here on.
Can’t say enough good about them. They will find the best price on units and maintenance is above and beyond. Cameron is awesome and we called him out to see how our new system, (installed by someone else), was and he made recommendations they helped us tremendously in saving money. Brianna in the office actively looks for ways to save you money. No joke…they rock
I can't say enough about Atlantic Heating & AC. Lisa and her team are phenomenal! The service and care they extend to their customers is beyond any expectation. They are professional, understanding, and kind. We purchased a new-build home, and the ducting was very inadequate. Several rooms were either very cold or very hot. The airflow was almost non-existent in some areas. The county inspector told me he couldn't believe it was built and passed inspection the way it was. Atlantic corrected this major issue and made the home comfortable. They even noted some poor work done by another company with the AC installation, and corrected that at no charge. They truly care for their customers well-being and comfort. We will be loyal Atlantic customers for life!
I was looking for an ACCA business to talk me through using a third party (the businesses) or going with a builder installed A/C unit. This was one of four I found in the area, obviously I can’t speak for their quality of work, yet. However, I called, they explained several options, things to think about and questions to ask my builder and provided ball park numbers for me to make an informed decision. Amazing customer service!

I really like this company. Their employees are friendly and honest. They don't try to push services or purchases on you. Most importantly, the stand behind the warranty of the items they install and do what is needed to keep the customer happy because they want to be the company you trust and call when you need help. I may not be a USAA member for life, but I'll be an Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning customer for life.
We have been using Atlantic since the day we moved into our home 12 years. They installed our air condition units and have serviced our furnaces and air conditioners ever since. We recently had an issue with the coil freezing up and they responded promptly and the service was everything we have come to expect: PROFESSIONAL AND EXCEPTIONAL! Rich Boutin provide service above and beyond what was expected, completed the repairs in a timely manner, explained what had occurred and what we needed to do over the next day or two, and let us know to call him immediately if we had any further concerns. Thanks Rich - and thanks Atlantic! We look forward to continuing our relationship as you service our heating and air conditioning for the rest of our time in our home.
I can't say enough good things about this company. The pricing was more than fair, Brianna was amazing! They have been involved from start to finish and even after the install they are calling to check on us. They even sent out a tech on a sat to check out an issue we were having. I would give them 100 stars. 7/6/19 update: updated to 4 stars. The scheduling and install were great, office staff and techs were courteous and knowledgeable. However, it took a few days to realize the AC wasn't really working the way it should be. First suggestion was to have a tech come out and take a peek. They did, and it turned out there was a programming error on the thermostat, totally our fault. Few more days go by, and we have a few hot days and its immediately obvious the AC cannot cool the house. Tech comes back out, says its the thermostat and recommended an ecobee. Disconnected the humidifier just to see if it made a difference. It's obvious after a day the humidifier wasn't the issue so we buy and install the ecobee ourselves. We save ourselves nearly 300 by doing the self install. Guys, a toddler could do it. It was 4 color coded and labeled wires...took 5 mins. Programming has lots of options but is extremely user friendly. We see no improvement so we call again and are told we must have installed the ecobee incorrectly or programmed it incorrectly because its "extremely difficult". I will take the time to double down on my toddler install level of ease. Tech comes back out and tells us the issue was the ecobee was installed incorrectly....we already know this is bologna but let him reinstall it so they can stop using it as an excuse for why the AC isnt working, still. We don't touch the programming as instructed to prove it's not the ecobee, something we already knew. We follow up the next day and report no changes and are greeted with a relatively snotty email saying the issue was that we had it programmed to fan and not "cool" and how these two settings are different a
Very happy with Cameron & this company. They apparently were the original installer of the equipment when our house was built. We had a minor issue a few weeks ago when turning on our A/C for the first time this year, it just didn't seem to be cooling as quickly or effectively as it should have been. Brianna was very helpful on the phone giving us ideas of what the issue might have been since this was a Friday & we weren't sure if we wanted to have someone out or wait to see how it went over the weekend. We decided to have them come out & Cameron came on the same day we called. He even came early & was polite & very knowledgable. He found the problem & that it was a small problem back at install time several years prior. They really stand behind their work & have integrity, he did not charge us anything since it had been their error to begin with, even though it had been done 3 years earlier. He easily could have never mentioned it & we would not have known the difference, but he did the right thing & was honorable & honest! We'll definitely use them again!
Drivers are rude and willing to cause accident, vehicle qod637, cut over in front of us cross a solid white line, no wonder this van was damaged driver doesn't care.
Atlantic HVAC provided me outstanding service installing my new air conditioning system. After closing on a newly constructed home in the fall of 2018, I contacted Atlantic HVAC this spring for an aftermarket AC system. Lisa provided very competitive pricing, Camden and his crew quickly installed the coil and condenser on the inside and outside of the home, and Brianna was most responsive coordinating the electrical and mechanical inspections with the county. Malachi from Downtown Electric was great completing all the electrical hookups. I highly recommend Atlantic HVAC.
This amazing team was quick, efficient, professional. The tech (Rich) came out the morning of a huge blizzard and replaced our blower motor. He arrived quickly and was professional throughout his visit. We have a running heater to enjoy throughout the remainder of the blizzard thanks to Atlantic responding so quickly, even during the storm.
This company from the office staff on down the line is top notch. I have had them service my rental property furnace for several years now and my wife called another company this year off of a flyer and they tried to tell us we needed an entirely new furnace. I immediately called Atlantic and they showed us exactly what wasn't wrong with it, serviced it and we are good to go. Integrity at its finest.

Keith came to our house to fix an issue we had with our ventilation damper. He was there on time and worked through the problem. After discovering we needed a new part, a replacement was found and quickly installed. I was kept informed during the whole process. Thanks Atlantic and Keith for you service.
Kieth came out and went above and beyond, he cleaned the interior of the entire heater and fan drum which was caked with construction dust and sheet rock residue. The owner Cameron also came out and I recommend Atlantic to anyone who wants the best job done possible.
Keith came out yesterday last minuet for an emergency repair. The company was able to get me in same day for a repair request. Arrived in the given time window, was prompt, professional, efficient and very skilled. I couldn't be happier with the work.
Keith was very professional and did a great job repairing our furnace. Quick turn around. He took extra time sealing and doing a full service which was needed for our 11 year old furnace. I would recommended Atlantic Heating without hesitation.
