We just had our central A/C and heating equipment replaced by Atlanta Air and they did an outstanding job! Went way beyond the norm to pay special attention to the issues we were having with our old sytem to protect the same problems from occurring again. After the bad experience we had with a home warranty co and their vendor, it was quite a relief to get the entire job done in less than a week while the companies kept me guessing and paying znd oaying over a couple months time. They're professional, knowledgeable and have great customer service. They issued a work order the next day! Texas heat is quite deadly, but you can count on them to get everything up and running asap.
I rarely give any business 5 stars, BUT Atlanta Air deserves 10 stars! They are quick, polite, thorough, competent and certainly saved me from the heat. And saved me money, too. I wouldn't call anyone else!!!! THANK YOU!

This company is awesome. My wife and I filed a claim for both our inside and outside unit through our American HomeShield policy. They assigned Atlanta Air Heating & Air Conditioning as our contractor, and we were super happy with their service. They went into detail explaining the work they were doing, they were fast and efficient, and super friendly and professional. They even came out same day when our outside unit stopped working during the heat of the summer. We will definitely use them for our future AC needs.

We’ve had multiple companies out to fix our heater, every one has told us it was fixed but nothing ever changed. Until Atlanta Air came out. After a couple repairs, they were able to fix the problem and our heater has been working flawlessly since. Our household appreciates them so much. They were quick to get new parts and when they came in they were quick to schedule appointments and worked well with our schedules. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
The service member was very knowledgeable of her job and explained what happened to the air condition. Alanta Air should be proud to have service representative like her. We were very proud of the service and would recommend others to use the service also.

Awesome service. Very knowledgeable and timely response. Technicians were courteous and attentive to the described issues. They found and repaired the problems quickly which allowed for minimal disruption and inconvenience to my household. I would definitely recommend them for anyone's HVAC issues.
