Had Omar at the house yesterday to fix my A/C unit and thermostat. He was incredibly communicative, clean and friendly. Also, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Thanks Omar, I will be referring you to anyone in need of services!
I had three different vendors do the initial inspection, right away his team was the only provider who pointed out the issue correctly. But, that's not the only thing that really bought me. From Initial inspection to post-work clean up, everything was documented, explained in detail, and thoughtfully performed. Atara team was very professional, and I feel like I found the right long-term partner for HVAC care.

Best customer service! Atara Mechanical installed our home unit and it works great. Regrettably, our business used a different contractor for our HVAC unit. We should of used them again. From the time you call on the phone, they provide great customer service and quality work.

I had my AC unit completely replaced, when they came out to give me a quote i was given options, everything was explained to me, pricing was very fair, decided to proceed and today I have AC! All the men were very professional, kind, cleaned up after themselves inside and outside, not one wall was bumped or banged. A plus for me was them sending me a photo of the tec that was on the way along with their current location! If I could rate above 5 stars I would! I highly recommend this company to everyone..

By fair the Best Heating & Air Condition Company I have ever hired... Omar and his crew did an exceptional job repairing my AC unit replaced all components related to the problem and also cleaned and rewired a few issues that could of caused a house fire, A++ Company highly recommend, Very Professional a Real Company that cares for the customer...
Omar provided outstanding service. If you're looking for help with your furnace, look no further than Atara. I inquired on Yelp when he could come out to take a look at a strange noise coming from my furnace in the attic, and he was able to come out the same day with no up front cost. He arrived within the time window stated, and I got a courtesy call 30 min prior to his arrival. While here, he wore covers on his boots, gloves, and a face mask. He invited me up into the attic and explained pretty much everything about how the furnace works, tested the capacitor, and pointed out areas that might be indicators of problems down the road. He applied ZERO pressure and didn't try to scare me into thinking my heater was going to go out. He concluded that everything was fine for now, and even added a piece of PVC to one of the pipes so it was at the correct height. I wish all service professionals could get a copy of Omar's training manual. We won't be looking anywhere else for heating and AC service, and you shouldn't either!
The tech was great. On time, neat. Keep this person because he very detailed every test he taken and why. The added photos were a plus. Very professional!
We are very happy with our service with Omar and Atara Mechanical. They just finished installing our new heating & a/c unit as well as fixing our rooftop swamp cooler. We were lucky enough that Omar was able to come out the same day I called. Omar & his assistant were friendly, polite, & punctual. It's nice we someone shows up when they say they will. They were thorough with their work, cleaning up after, & assisting me with learning my new thermostat as well as registering my new unit to activate the warranty before they left. We highly recommend using Atara Mechanical for your heating & a/c needs.
We had a great experience with Atara Mechanical. From start to finish Omar was professional, knowledgeable, and delivered exactly what we asked for/said he could do. He and his team worked quickly, efficiently, answered all of our questions, and were very clean in our home. I would highly recommend Atara Mechanical to anyone with HVAC needs.
It’s been years since my house has had working AC. We’ve had two different people come in and tell us that we needed a whole new unit, and quoted us up to $9k for it. We just kind of figured until something amazing happened to us financially we’d have to deal with hot summers. Omar came by to quote a new unit for us, and when I asked him if he could tell me what was wrong with our current unit that made us need a replacement, he went out and looked for the problem instead of just giving us the “it’s broken, you need a new one” response, and he actually found the problem! He took pictures of the issue so I’d actually know what was going on and then got to work. Within 30 minutes he’d replaced parts that were broken and we had COOL AIR in the house. And he took pictures of the work that was done and explained them so I’d know what I was paying for. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to this company. I’m working from home right now and was dreading the sweaty summer ahead of me, and now I don’t have to feel that way! And for way less than I thought it would cost. The honesty and efficiency of Atara have saved our summer! They’ll be getting all my references!!
Omar was professional and courteous with me and my tenant. He provided a good detailed explanation of the issues and recommendation that was reasonable to resolve the AC output issues. I will use their team again.
I made the right decision having Omar and Erik from Atara Mechanical come out and perform maintenance on my AC. They showed up on time and ready to perform the task on hand. Omar took the time to explain the system and the checks he was performing while making sure my A/C was functioning at full capacity.
