Austin responded to my early morning phone call promptly and met my emergency needs. After a holiday weekend without heat and hot water, Austin was able to arrive within hours of my request and handled the repair with knowledge and experience. He educated me about the problem so that I could avoid it occurring again. Austin delivered an excellent service and also provided it at a very fair expense. I will absolutely contact Atamian again if and when I need any furnace work.
We would give Austin five stars right up front. He returned our call immediately, made an appointment to meet within a few days. He was here at the appointed date and time. He did a survey and made recommendations and followed up with a quotation that evening. We accepted the quote and in less than two weeks he installed our two Mitsubishi 18K mini splits. Austin was a pleasure to work with, very professional. He even followed up a month later to see how we were doing.
Can't say enough about Atamian Heating and Cooling! Not only was the service professional and excellent, Austin went above and beyond to ensure that the new parts he installed were much better quality than the parts he took out. Austin was so professional. He gave us a great price on installing our new ductless system. He cleaned his work area after each days work. We could not have been happier with the work and responsiveness to our project. He is very knowledgeable and provided options to give us a complete understanding of the project. He never attempted to up sell us. Highly recommend Austin. Really good
Austin and company installed our efficient Mitsubishi Mini Split heating and cooling system early in May 2021 and we recommend him to anyone in the area. We had 4 splits installed and one unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, came in at budget and finished up a day early. My husband was picky about who to hire and after lots of research landed on Austin and we highly recommend his services. He did a great job with the exterior design too. The system works great so far too - esp during the heatwave - our house was a cool and dry 72 throughout. Can't wait to see how it works to save us money and reduce our carbon footprint this Winter too.
I was very please at how quickly Austin responded to my call. Was able to install a new hot water heater the same day as service call. Smooth service.
I would highly recommend Austin Atamian. He installed two Mitsubishi 18K Hyper Heat sytems on opposite ends of our house last April and August. We have 4200 sf and started with one and immediately knew we wanted another, and the units were fantastic all winter and with this recent heat spell. I was previously using $450 worth of wood and oil and $150 of electricity per month in the winter months. Using the splits I knocked off the wood and cut back on oil 2/3's, at least, and my highest electric bill this past winter was $310. So about 2x my previous electric bill but I saved at least $350 on wood/oil per month on average. Overall I saved at least $200 per month. But it isn't the cost savings only - they just work so well and make the house so comfortable. As for A/C, splits are the only way to go. Our older central air compressors (one form 1998 and one from 2006) would roar and still not do what these whisper-quiet Mitsubishi units can do. This past heat wave they worked perfect. Austin spent a good deal of time explaining how best to fit the systems in our house and the differences between wall and floor units, which we ended up going one of each. He was great and did not cut any corners and the finished installs were fantastic. When I spotted his post just now I had to respond. Give him a shout, and go with Mitsubishi. You won't be disappointed!
Austin recently installed mini splits in our home and we couldn’t be happier! He is professional, thorough and knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend him! He will be our go-to person for any of our HVAC needs in the future.

Austin was a great guy to work with. Ive been in the construction business for 20 years and I have no complaints about his service or quality of work. He installed a new boiler and all of its components in my residence. My house is warmer and more efficient then it's ever been. Definitely recommend this company .
