Arrived 45 minutes late replaced the capacitor said that was it. Didn't even clean the rodent nest out behind the panel, never ran any tests on the compressor freon even though I told him several times thaymt over the weekend it ran without the fan and the compressor was severely overheated. Asked him to test the amp draw on the compressor said he doesn't have tools to do that. Really he's supposed to be a HVAC person and doesn't have tools to test!!! Homestead warranty should be ashamed having this kind of contractors not reputable ones!
6/2/2023 - My ac was working just had a rattle, Tech said he needed to replace the wheel. So we wait for the part. - He did not test the ac before or after repair and claimed this 3 hr job only took 15mins. - Said to me and my mom that he doesn't understand why they booked the job on a Friday. (neither do I I just want to be comfortable in my expensive AC) - We were left in muggy heat! I have children and dogs that were struggling! -----Thank God for you tube! my husband watched a video and had it up and running! When they do come back I want a DIFFERENT Tech! I am sure it is not the company just Tech needs more training!
I had a new furnace installed by At Your Service . There was a misunderstanding between myself and the company. After speaking with the owner Shawn, we were able to resolve our situation in a professional manner. I wrote a bad review earlier in February for the company in anger. Shawn and I were able to solve our problem with heart felt communication. I apologize for my swift indictment of “At Your Service H/A that I wrote earlier. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR YOU HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING NEEDS! My furnace is purring like a 🐈. Appreciate you guys!
If you are using them through home warranty. The second you receive your dispatch with this company name attached run fast and request another company. The tech came to my house to repair the furnace. He had know idea what he was doing. I've never seen a technician test or make decisions without a volt meter. He decided that it is the inducer. He ordered the part and returned to home Two days later only to replace and find out that wasn't the issue. After that he begins to remove it then replace the old one back and tells me he think it is the gas valve after doing a smell test. I contacted the warranty people and he gave a totally different diagnostic. He told them it was the Heat exchanger. How would he know that without removing the burners or without using a camera to see? He basically tells me they can't get the other part (gas valve) and needed to junk the furnace. I took it upon myself to search for the part and what do you know I found it to be available. They quoted me a 4500.. dollar total cost to replace the entire unit with an out of pocket 2400. I requested another contractor. I saved 1200 dollars when it was all said and done. Not to mention, I went two weeks without heat because he didn't do the job right or give correct diagnosis the first two times he came out. RUN WHEN YOU SEE THE NAME " AT YOUR SERVICE HEARING AND COOLING" . They are the worst.
I used them years ago but they made a recent appointment and invoice me for a property that I no longer own
I got this company with my home warrenty company. I was worried due to the reviews. But the women that called me to set up appointment was great and kept me up to date with text messages. Jermey was my tech and he was great and so nice. He showed me everything he was doing and how I could fix if it happened again. He was great. Will for sure use again!
As many others have reviewed these guys, they are unprofessional, unresponsive, bad attitude, and lack of communication. They lied to me that the case will stay open. They came out first time and claimed the entire unit might need replacement but did a temporary fix. Told me to call them back to report loss of cooling. I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for the past month and nobody Answers that phone. Some lady with nasty demeanor. Currently on the phone with HSA home warranty looking for solutions. At your service cooling shame on you

If this “joke” of a business is ever listed on your home warranty, RUN AWAY FAST in the opposite direction. We have been without a/c for longer than 1 month now on the hottest days of the year, waiting on them to find a time that they can squeeze us into their (what shouldn’t be, because their service is awful) “packed” schedule. I have 2 dogs & a 3 month old child, living in a home we just bought in May with zero a/c. We have called daily for the past 2 weeks looking for some sort of update or a human to answer the phone. No luck. It wouldn’t be so bad & we would be totally understanding if only we could speak to someone other than an answering machine that is never checked. Unfortunately that is not the case. I hope that everyone that is looking at this business for any service reads & really takes into consideration every BAD review, because I feel like they must pay the people to write the good ones. This is absolutely ridiculous and inexcusable.
I contacted At your Service through my home warranty contract. Lisa from the office called me in the morning and let me know they were extremely business, but since I was have a graduation party that they would fit me in. Jeremy came and went out of his way to get my air up in running, including going to go get a part. Professional, kind and just a top notch business. Thank you!
Shawn the owner was very helpful, especially as I had been referred by our home warranty. Our air went out and I have health issues, he came out to see if easy fix even though he was swamped with work. Very personable, helpful, polite, and would use his business again and recommend him to others.
Highly recommend At Your Service. Recently used the company under our AHS home warranty to fix a new furnace in a situation where it wasn't properly installed/inspected by other contractors. Shawn, the owner, personally came out and helped get a resolution to the issues we were having and helped facilitate repairs through AHS. Great service, friendly techs and always on time.

We had At Your Service come to our house and install an central air conditioner. The team were there the day it was scheduled for. The AYS crew had the job done quickly. They were efficient and very detail oriented. Our house was built in the 50’s and is a one of a kind layout. They were able to make the adjustments needed. It was nice to have them explain things as they worked. The install was completed and the house temperature was very comfortable the rest of the summer. Fast forward to one of the coldest days of the Fall. We had our furnace running and I noticed the furnace was just starting and stopping. We called At Your Service and they sent one of the guys right away. He was able to fix the problem and let us know that if this was to happen again he had made a note of the part number we needed. The furnace has run just fine all winter. I highly recommend this team of workers. We appreciate Jeremy, Keith, Eric, Justin, Cameron, and Keaton. We highly recommend that you go with this company.
My AHS home warranty uses ‘At Your Service’. Lisa, a very nice lady with ‘At Your Service’, called within an hour of me calling the warranty company to schedule service for the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised as how fast a tech could come out. Jeremy came out within the scheduled time frame the next morning. I explained the situation and he knew exactly what the issue was. As he was taking care of the problem, he was explaining to me what to look for and how to fix it myself next time. Jeremy is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I have lived in the area for over 65 years and I had never heard of this company. Based on this interaction, I highly recommend 'At Your Service' and will tell others about them, and will use them in the future.
I had my air conditioner stop working on a Friday at 7pm just before the beginning of a hot weekend. Filed a claim with my home warranty company (HSA). This company was chosen to assess the issue. I was skeptical on At Your Service due to all of the negative reviews involving warranty work. I received a call on a Sunday that they would be there first thing Monday morning. Jeremy arrived promptly between the two hour time window the company provided me. Jeremy was extremely personable. Jeremy was able to diagnose the problem and ultimately fix the issue.I think the negative reviews are a case of people not getting exactly what they want from their warranty companies and taking it out on At Your Service. I definitely recommend them and will request them every time for my warranty work.
We were sent this company through our home warranty company. Every horrible review you read here is true. Their tech came out never even opened up our furnace. He measured the box and then said they would most likely replace the coil and outside unit. Days went by I left voicemails for them finally got a call back. And was told they were only replacing the coil. I explained we already had the unit looked at and the whole furnace was bad. Water has leaked into the motherboard the heating coils. Lisa said she would talk to the owner and call us right back. Never heard anything from her the whole week. Called today and she finally answered said they never submitted for anything else and they aren’t going to bc the tech notes don’t support it. I asked why she never called me back when she said she’d talk to the owner than call me back -no answer. She said she would have to send the tech back out to inspect what he should of done the first time. I said I want a different person to come out. She said he was all she had and it would be a week plus before he could come back out. Not acceptable at all, she told me if I didn’t like it I could find other service. if your home warranty company sends these people out DO NOT ACCEPT THEM!! Call the home warranty company and ask to send somebody else out! Absolutely terrible customer service terrible communication!! techs don’t even do their basic job and look at the furnace which is what they’re sent out for! They want to replace one part of the time so you have to keep calling them out! This company is a scam I’m going on almost 3 weeks since requesting service nothing has been fixed I had to call the home warranty company and tell them my horrible experience so now they’re sending another company out and I hope to God they’re able to fix it Save yourself some headache and stay away from this company
Jeremy showed up on time, quickly diagnosed my problem, and rescheduled to come back for installation of part. This guy is on top of his game. Totally professional, courteous, and informative. Thanks for the outstanding service.
Jeremy showed up and stated He did not want to be here. He went to my basement and cleared the drain plugs by rising them off in my sink which he did not ask to use. He left a mess in my basement; water was everywhere. When he emptied the drain plugs on my furnace he soaked my furnace with water. When he left he stated "I don't like to be here I don't want to do insurance calls I want to get in and get out". He then stated he doesn't like his job And that he doesn't think insurance companies will do anything. He failed to explain the issue and what I could do to solve it.
