Astoria Top HVAC employs a nice technician. Today, he efficiently addressed my furnace repair service demands. He called 20 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated. When he arrived, he went above and beyond, thoroughly explaining the problem and even cleaning up after himself. This guy is ideal for the job. The price is also reasonable!
When stale air and reduced airflow plagued my home, they sent a skilled team to tackle the issue head-on by meticulously cleaning and unclogging the air ducts. Their friendly and efficient service, combined with their meticulous attention to detail, left me extremely satisfied. I can't thank Astoria Top HVAC enough for their exceptional work!
Astoria Top HVAC came to the rescue and saved me from sweating buckets in my own home. Can't thank them enough! Their expert technicians arrived promptly and got straight to work. They were so professional and had this amazing knack for troubleshooting. Within no time, my HVAC issues were history. These guys are the real deal when it comes to heating and cooling problems.
This was a very expensive incomplete repair. Unfortunately the technician was not qualified to do the job, unable to flare and reconnect the copper tubing, a paste was used on the compression fittings. I had two open lines that the nuts were taken and I was charged for a new section of the copper tubing because of kinks on the old one but he never replaced it. Before he did the job I needed to make the hefty payment. It gets really confusing when you call a company, get charged by another company name, when called to complain, they return the call from another completely company name.... it feels really sketchy! There are a lots of good technician out there that charge the fair price and do the job right and Astoria Top HVAC is not one of them. The company operates under other names. Beware!
These people are extremely unprofessional. First I booked for 7/6/2022 and the person accidentally booked me for a wrong date 3 weeks later. When I called why they didn’t show up they said they made a mistake of booking wrong dates. Then I asked if anyone can come repair it as it’s urgent and they gave me a date 2 days later from 2-4 pm. It was already 4 pm and no one showed up so I called them again. After multiple calls and frustration technician showed up around 6 pm. He didn’t repair anything but charged me a $150 fee and said that he’d send me a detailed list/ invoice of what is wrong within 48 hours and then only they’re going to fix it after all the waiting I had to wait again to fix my HVAC. Now it’s already been 4 days and there’s no invoice or communication from them and they already scammed me out of $150. I had to call a different company because it’s 90 degrees today and these guys have no professionalism, communication, or sense of urgency. I doubt the authenticity of other reviews. Zero stars.
Love doing business here! Last Friday, I called this company for a heat and ac repair. Their technician arrived on time, immediately evaluate the problem with my unit, and then fixed it thoroughly. Customer service and work ethics are awesome. The technician knows his stuff and was very friendly throughout the whole service, which I truly appreciated. The technician did an exceptional dealing with my ac heating repair needs. So much thankful for his expertise and efficiency for he completed the repair within an hour and it has the best quality. My unit was working excellently again. It was a good service, worth paying for. I will call them in the future as well as recommend them to my friends.

I had an impressive experience working with Ricky, the real pro. He's a very nice person. I was comfortable working with him, he was able to answer all my questions nicely. As he started doing air conditioning and heating repair, I could see how amazing he was. He just completed the repair within an hour and the quality was exceptional. I was also thankful for the service cost for it was very affordable. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! A week ago I called this company to help me with my heating cooling repair. I was so blessed that my mom referred me to this company. I called and asked a technician from this company. It was Yossi a great technician from this company. He was accurately repairing the unit and the whole process was great and such a great technician. He was also a very reliable technician, polite and well-mannered technician. Amazing service!

Lewis showed up. By 2 pm next day i clled, installation of both HVAC systems was completed. There is practically no interruption of temperature control. The workers were polite, pleasant, accommodating and professional. This is a highly efficient and organized company! Highly recommended!

In the middle of a huge heat wave, my trusty AC unit suddenly didn't run cold. Chris and Ric came out within the hour and then figured the problem out within minutes. Turns out we just blew a fuse. In addition to replacing it on the spot, they cleaned my whole unit for me! I called around 10 places on Google and got the runaround. These guys were fair priced, knowledgeable and quick. So happy to have a cool house this evening!
