Very honest and fair - a rare find. They took the time to discuss options and educated me regarding the longevity and value of each alternative. The owner is very thorough and knowledgeable and I won't go anywhere else for HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Update: I am retracting my recommendation for this business, unfortunately. My furnace has been having an issue sufficiently heating my home this cold winter. I called 3x over the month of January and February now, leaving messages with their live messaging service representatives, politely and patiently requesting a service call to troubleshoot. Not once have my calls been returned to schedule an appointment. That is awful service, no matter the excuse. Sadly, I have to take my business elsewhere and I was really hoping to continue my relationship with them. _____ After researching a/c brands for reliability and quality, and shopping other larger heating and air conditioning companies in the valley, we were pleased to book Aspen (on a friend's recommendation) following discussions with William. Never felt like I was being pressured or sold more than what I needed, and the pricing was competitive. We will recommend Aspen Heating & Air Conditioning to any who ask!
William went above and beyond. He drove an hour and a half to get the part our AC unit needed and then fixed it for us on a Sunday night. Thank you for the excellent service!
My family recently experienced our furnace going out during the first cold snap in the valley. Since we have done business with Aaron, at Aspen years before ,I called him up on Saturday when it happened. Even with their busy schedule and it being a weekend William from Aspen called to ensure all was ok with my family. He scheduled an appointment and made his initial assessment. The work was scheduled and started within the week despite the valleys ever demanding need for HVAC contractors and the sudden cold snap. My wife was kept well informed of the cost of the replacement units and work being performed. We have nothing but praise and many thanks for the way William, Aaron and the crew at Aspen took care of my families immediate heating needs. Thank you, Smith family Nampa, Id.
These guys just saved us tons of money because of their honesty! We've had several companies tell us we needed a new AC unit. After my husband spoke with one of their technicians, he informed us it was just a capcitor. He said we could replace it ourselves since my husband has some mechanical knowledge. In a time when we are in the middle of battle, with a bad patio company that has cost us thousands, it's refreshing to know there are still honest companies out there. Thank you!!
So, I was actually price shopping for a new air conditioning unit when I called Aspen Heating. The Right Now Heating And Air guys have been pushing me the last couple of years to buy a new unit. I spoke with the guy from Aspen Heating and he told me that it was probably just a capacitor and I should not just jump to replacing the unit. I sent him a picture of my capacitor and he confirmed that was the problem. He saved me thousands of dollars and he is one of the most honest people that I have spoken to, as far as contractors go. I will be using Aspen Heating for all of my air conditioning and heating needs now and in the future. After horrible experiences with other contractors that have cost us thousands of dollars, I make it my goal to leave reviews so other people dont get screwed over, like we did in the past. If the company is good, or bad, we will tell it like it is. This company has proven to be a good one. I won't hesitate to call them again in the future!
Aaron installed a new American Standard HVAC system in our house and their service is great. I would highly recommend Aspen to anyone in need of a new Heating and Cooling system.
William and his crew were amazing. They went the extra mile to accommodate us and our schedule and take pride in the work they do. (As an aircraft mechanic I am very particular and they go the extra mile to do quality work.) His company gave me the highest level of comfort from the many bids we got and the months of research I did prior to pulling the trigger on a huge home investment. This is the first time I have made a google review and it is due to how happy we are with the work they did for us. William has always been available when I have questions and went above and beyond to make sure I knew how our new ac and furnace worked and how to operate the systems. Their pricing was very competitive and their product is rated number 1. (Believe me, I researched it to death.) I feel we got the best system possible for us and William is totally honest about what your needs are and doesn’t try to sell you thing you don’t need. From constantly sweating in the house to the wife and child saying they are chilly is amazing. I am finally comfortable in our home! Thanks much!

Great fast service at a great price. William came out the same day and instead of just suggesting putting in a new system (like other contractors), he gave me options and information to make a better decision. If you need HVAC work done, call Aspen first and get it done right at a great value. Can't say enough positive things about them.

The guys at Aspen are the best. They came out on Saturday (hottest day of the year) within 2 hours of my call, when others either couldn’t come out until Monday or didn’t even return my call. William had my A/C running within 15 minutes of his arrival. No upsells no up charges! Call Aspen first for best results.

William was very accommodating and came out after hours to work around our schedule to give us a quote. He followed up with updates over the next few days and we had a new ac and furnace the following week. William again worked around our schedule to get all of the work done. We got better equipment at a lower price than a few other quotes that we got. Would definitely use aspen again.
William was very polite and friendly even after working all day to then come help us at 10pm. We are very great full for him and his knowledge.
