Woke up to no heat, this morning in 20° weather. My handyman recommended Aspen Creek and Heidi took my information and scheduled a repair visit for less than a half an hour later, between 9 and 11. Dan showed up about 9:30 did a thorough diagnosis, and had the part that was bad in his truck. I watched him dig inside the unit, perform a thorough inspection and replace only the part that was bad. That took about an hour and a half and we had heat again. He used top quality parts, zip tied the wiring to make it look neat and tidy before buttoning the furnace back up. Charged us a fair price and gave us a two year warranty on the repair. I’m a fan of Aspen Creek Heating and Air.
The water heater in my rental property went out on Saturday afternoon. I left a message for Aspen Heating and Air Conditioning as soon as I noticed it was broke.. They emailed me back on Saturday evening me to let me know that they reserved a spot for me from 8-10 am on Monday morning. How awesome is that!! The technician showed up on time and informed me of what I already knew, that the water heater was hopeless and I needed a new one. I was at work so he emailed me an electronic form to sign to approve the job and they replace the water heater same day!They relieved so much stress for me by doing it so quickly and my tenant is happy with the hot water.

Always very pleased with the kindness and professionalism of Dan and his crews. Grateful to them for the expert installation of my water heater and for the repairs they made to my very old furnace to keep it running. Best people on the planet!
We have had no quote, what needs fixing, nor update regarding a quote and what needs fixing in over two weeks, a service we have paid for. When the technician arrived, all four of our mini-splits had working displays. While the technician was fiddling with them and the controls, two of the displays disappeared and have yet to work since. We never had a problem with either of these mini-splits before. The technician admitted he didn't know about our Lennox models and that he had to call someone about them, but insisted that the breaking of our mini-splits was somehow not his fault. After three phone calls, a Yelp review, and an honest expression of our concerns reported to the BBB and elsewhere, we have not received any professional response or update. The only thing we've heard up to this point was an unprofessional, rude response to one of our reviews, still trying to find any strange non-sequitur or disingenuous excuse to evade personal responsibility. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this business. If they don't know the model, they will still recklessly mess with it, possibly cause a new problem, and they will not take responsibility for their own actions. You can call three times, never hear back from the technician, even if you just want a general update about what's going on. Even though I could see this not being a big deal, the business would rather ghost and evade responsibility than treat you with respect.
Aspen Creek Heating and Air came to our house to do routine maintenance (i.e. cleaning, annual service) on our boiler, hot water heater, and Lennox mini split air conditioning system on Monday, June 13th. Our technician was Dan Nevin, who I believe is one of the owners of Aspen Creek. The technician found a couple of issues with the boiler that needed fixing (some of the issues were ruled as not needing to be fixed by an inspection two years ago when we bought our home and a couple of them were issues that we would like to get fixed). He did flush the hot water heater. The issue is when he began work on our Lennox mini split air conditioning system. He broke our display system on two of our four mini splits (the displays were functioning before he got there). He then told us that he was unfamiliar with Lennox mini split systems and would have to ask a contact he had about how to service the system. When we called to make the appointment, we informed Aspen Creek that Lennox mini split as our system, and at that time, Aspen Creek should have declined the job if they were unfamiliar with our air conditioner instead of proceeding to mess with the system. When the technician left, he took no responsibility for breaking the display on our system and kept saying “it’s not my fault.” However, the displays were working before he started messing with it, which is his fault. We have called Aspen Creek twice, on June 15th and on June21st, as we have yet to receive a quote for the boiler issues or a time frame to fix the air conditioning display system that they broke. Upon the last call, Aspen Creek said they couldn’t make the technician give us a quote or fix what Aspen Creek broke and suggested we go elsewhere. The fact that Aspen Creek negligently worked on a system they were unfamiliar with, broke it, and refuse to fix it or take responsibility is both unacceptable and unethical. I highly recommend customers go elsewhere or risk having their home systems broke
They were very professional, were able to identify the problem correctly and fix it immediately (other specialist I called a day before said he cannot fix it and need to replace the whole motor)

Summertime and current temperature is 97. I waited 5 weeks for them to come out and give me a quote to install a/c in a home what always had swamp cooler. They were so busy, I was told by Heidi the dispatcher. In the meantime I received other quotes from other companies. When they got here, Dan was not friendly and overly negative about my home like he didn't want to move forward with providing me with a quote. It was Friday evening and my window was 4-6pm. They arrived at 5:20. When I started asking questions he became very unprofessional and I was actually feeling threatened by his mannerism. He was red in the face and almost shouting at me. He was with a younger employee, but I am a single women with a teenage daughter in the home. I then asked them to leave my house.

Aspen Creek was exception with installing a new furnace. Quality techs, good communication, timely install and fully cleaned up after the install. We added a last minute vent to a lower room and was done without questions. Thank for the great service. Honest family owned business with great people. A++
Levi from Aspen Creek just made my day! Efficient, courteous, and professional. Another company had tried to sell us a $14k furnace that we didn't need. Levi reassured us that we didn't need it. Beware of other companies, go with Aspen Creek- someone you can trust!
Parts have taken a long time to come in, communication has been poor and last minute, and the receptionist seems very bewildered with everything
This is the best business I have ever worked with in my life. Heidi does a fantastic job at scheduling and answering questions on the phone. Dan does an amazing job at coming on time, completing high quality work and always charging a reasonable price. I found them over 10 years ago and would never consider using anyone else, even if I had an emergency. I always try to tip extra because it is rare to find such a high people who do as they say and say as they do. Thanks!

I called on a snowy Monday morning with no hot water and spoke with a very nice woman to schedule. She said they were very busy and would do their best to get to me asap. They had a team to my house by noon even with all the other heating calls they had and reset my water heater in about 3 minutes. Didn't charge me for the quick trip, said it was on their way and no big deal. The previous HVAC company I worked with would have charged at least $100 for that trip. If this one experience is anything like their normal service then I have found my new HVAC company! Thanks for the great service!
Dan replaced the AC, Furnace, and added new ductwork. Professional advice, guidance and installation. No issues. No mess. Didn't even know he was there!
