Very punctual and friendly
They were very responsive and professional and the technicians understood our system well. Fairly priced and quick response.
Great service. On time and explained everything they did. Even hacked back a few weeks later to make sure everything was running well.
We upgraded our AC unit and replaced all of the ducts in our home. Now our home can keep cool in the summer, even when we have a house full of people! Everyone at Ascent is knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive. I think from the initial discussion to install was 3 weeks. We've already recommended them to family and friends.
Did a great job servicing our A/C & discovered an issue with our furnace installation (done by another company) that they were also able to fix. On time & very great to deal with!
