ASAM Plumbing helped with branch line service. There were available within 48 hours. The plumbers rodded the sink drain and got it down to the main, or common, drain pipe. They also made sure the tub drain drained without issue Before the service, about 3-4 minutes after a shower, water would rise in the sink even though it was not in use.
My family and I used ASAP Plumbing and HVAC while remodeling my Chicago condo. I come from a family of electricians and contractors, my dad owns AJL Electric, but we were unfamiliar with the trades companies in Chicago. ASAP was recommended by my building and we were thrilled with the quality of the work that was done. ASAP redid all of the galvanized plumbing in the kitchen and replaced it with new code-compliant copper for all the new appliances. All the tradesmen we dealt with from ASAP were professional, on time, and delivered quality work. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing work you may need.

Great communication by the office and the plumbers. Upfront pricing and they even call you and make sure you are okay with the pricing before proceeding. Super friendly staff who know what they are doing. Super respectful and nice as well. Will be hiring them in the future for sure!

I have used a number of times at condo for leaks, drains, and HVAC. Always responsive, flexible, and get the job done promptly without costly, unnecessary upselling.
One of my rooftop AC units finally died and needed replacement. Due to the logistics, this job was a huge ordeal and which involved a crane and closing off a street. Many companies would not take on the job or were not insured for it. Fortunately, I was put in touch with Alex and he managed the job for me. Alex was responsive, professional, and reliable. As was every other member on his team. The job got done as advertised, on time, and on budget. I couldn’t be more satisfied with everything they did. Thank you all so much!
It is not easy to find a reliable plumber. I am glad I found ASAP. They responded quickly, scheduled the appointment immediately, arrived on time, worked quickly/professionally and completed the work for a reasonable price. I will continue to work with ASAP and recommend them.
I first worked with ASAP Plumbing when I became a new homeowner in 2020. The first thing I liked about Chris and his team is they speak to me like a competent human. Maybe it is because I am young, or a woman, but I often find "trades people" speak down to me, or speak past me to talk to my husband *eye roll* but not these guys! We have used ASAP Plumbing numerous times now and are never disappointed! We've always received above and beyond service and the prices are very reasonable. Most recently, ASAP Plumbing came to our house to do a complete replacement of our sewer and water/main line. It was a HUGE job and very expensive. ASAP Plumbing definitely provided service worth the cost. They always clean up after themselves and follow up after service. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!
I contacted ASAP Plumbing and HVAC late on a Thursday afternoon having seen water coming from my HVAC unit. In spite of the inconvenience they made it a point to be flexible and squeeze me in the next day. I was a new client and expected nothing. Alex, who I spoke with, was forthright, kind, and helpful. The technicians who arrived were both knowledgeable, realistic, and were more than happy to create homemade shims to level my units so they would drain properly. I had a previous provider tell me they were not fixable and that I needed to spend $28,000 to replace all of them. Needless to say, I was thrilled to have ASAP buy me some time. In addition, to their careful work, they also suggested some other actions that could be taken to prolong the length of my rusted, fragile 62 year old HVAC units. When I need to buy new units I will definitely go to them and they will be my HVAC and plumbing service from now on.

Very professional & experienced
Called them to help unclog a double kitchen sink. The service rep was up front about the hourly rates and when I explained the potential problem, she explained that because it was rodding work, there were fixed costs associated with that due to special equipment and labor so there were no surprises there. Team wore booties and masks upon entry without even me requesting them. Were very respectful and courteous, asked for permission for everything (may I go downstairs to see the pipes? may I remove this panel?). Put tarp over the floor to ensure easy cleanup and rodded the kitchen line to get the grease out, that was causing the problem. They advised me to run hot water when there's a chance oil goes down the drain to prevent it from turning into wax. They explained everything to me in terms of how the pipe system worked and when there was some extra time, they even helped answer some other miscellaneous plumbing questions I had. Will definitely use them again.
ASAP Plumbing was very responsive and helpful--the office manager was on top of things (which is a rare find!). They came out and replaced a leaking radiator pipe and valve and did great work. They even wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. Thank you!
ASAP helped get a small leak fixed - it wasn’t a standard toilet so the process was more involved. They had technicians out and did a nice job with ensuring the surrounding structures weren’t disturbed and worked efficiently. I was pretty emotional, not knowing what to expect (it being my first type of repair needed) and the project manager and Olha were patient and understanding.
I had a leak in my bathroom, about 3 months later it was leaking again. I sent an email explaining the problem was back. I received an email saying their work was only guaranteed for 30 days. I replied I was not happy and the response was I could call the owner. I did twice and never received a call back. My mom had also used them, we will never do so again.
ASAP Plumbing fixed my leaky faucet. They identified the broken part, ordered a new one, and arrived on-time to perform the install. Great service!
I discovered my kitchen faucet was leaking and needed help. ASAP was very responsive. They scheduled an appointment quickly and came when expected. They were great at communicating what needed to be done and gave me options. They were able to replace the faucet the same day. They kept me informed both before and during the process. They are responsible and did great work!
Living in a condo presents many challenges when it comes to plumbing. All the previous plumbers I called before ASAP would call me back with such drama, painting the problems as if they have just seen the most problematic kitchen and bathroom in their career, presenting outrages quotes. I reached out to ASAP Plumbing based on my property manager’s suggestion and scheduled the appointment directly with Olha who is such a professional and a great listener. They were able to come a couple days later and fixed the problems in a single trip which is very important to me especially during COVID. The technicians came right on time and both e-mailed and texted me ahead of time to remind me our appointment. The techs were very professional and clearly knowledgeable about plumbing. I would highly recommend ASAP Plumbing. Thank you for running a friendly and reliable business.
This place is great. I had a tricky job, but they did excellent work. The office manager is very organized and helpful too. I'd certainly use them again.
