Technician did a good job and was very nice. Seemingly was able to make the necessary repairs. This is not the first time this issue has come up so just been waiting for it to arise again. When it does however come up again however, I will be going back to my previous company. ASA was recommended to me by a friend who said how affordable ASA was and I gave it a shot. However, the same work and repairs were over $100 more than the previous service which was quite a shock. Additionally, the previous repair company work also came with a service agreement for up to 3 additional service calls in the next year. Like I said, the work was completed however I feel like I've been a robbed at the cost compared to other providers in the area. (Ps - They were also late outside the arrival window scheduled)
I don’t usually write reviews for businesses I haven’t used, but a driver for this company was speeding through a school zone and weaving in and out of traffic very recklessly down 54th ave. Not very safe
ASA was on time and didn't try to upsell me or push repairs I knew I didn't need. my A/C is working better than ever.
Second time I have used ASA for a remodel. 1st was our condo, this was our home. Could not believe how quickly they got this done. From 1st call to finished work was 72 hours. Professional, neat, respectful and very competent. Plus they were the nicest guys.
Tim, one of their technicians is completely competent, experienced and professional. He fixed the error when we had our thermostats replaced. Unfortunately, their admin staff and other technicians are not quite up to Tim's standards. We were without proper functioning AC for over a week since they would not respond until after the Thanksgiving weekend and billing issues occur throughout the year.
I've had ASA out to my house twice now. They are fantastic! Honest... dependable.. professional
This company charged a 95.00 service call to come and repair our unit which was under warranty, plus they charged a 95.00 labor charge for approximately 1 1/2 hours. We weren't charged for the part. Not sure if this is standard practice but we've never been charged a service call before from a repair company.
FANTASTIC owner and overall service. We have used ASA multiple times both personally and at our condos on the beach. Always professional, fair pricing and dependable. Thanks for the great service!

Tim came out and helped us out of an emergency situation. He was very professional, well versed and passionate about his work and doing the job right. It is very refreshing to work with someone passionate about what they do. ASA Air charges a fair price without all the high pressure selling. They do what needs to be done and nothing more. Hard to find these days. Would highly recommend you give them a call.
Set up timeframe for an estimate for a complete AC replacement. They did not show. I reached out to ASA via text and email, with no response. Must not need the work but not following up is a poor statement regarding customer service. Just a heads up for others.
Had my air condtion replaced by this company and loved how nice the crew was how they work together and got the job done I have very cold air and it feels great recommend this company to anyone
Highly recommend. I texted the number and someone responded immediately. A tech (Connor) was at my home within 30-45 minutes. He was incredibly thorough, polite, and took the time to explain what had happened and the fix that needed to occur. Didn't leave until he was satisfied that the leak had been repaired. Was very professional, tidy, and reasonably priced. Thank you!
My first experience was good. Second a nightmare. Dare i say I've been lied to and my credit card charged without finishing the job. Its a pity.
Very prompt to respond and Vince got the work done quickly and efficiently and by the time promised. We had an extra vent added to a back room and we are very pleased. Will definitely use them again as they are more affordable than our previous a/c company. The owner, Joey, is as hard working as his guys and won't try to upsell you.

Joey (owner), Vincent, and Justin saved us from a lot of stress due to being scammed by another a/c company. They were very nice, honest, transparent, skilled, and knowledgeable! Vincent called me when he and Justin were on their way. They were there when they said they would be and quickly identified and then fixed the problems the other a/c guy messed up. They answered my (gazillion) questions I had and put my mind at ease. Vince and Justin were very clean and neat as they left my a/c area and house in great condition. I thanked them many times, but it stilled didn't seem enough so, I will tell everyone I know about ASA Air Conditioning Repair and Installation. These guys are the real deal and I am so very grateful that we now have a stand up company we can trust for our a/c service and maintenance! Thank you, guys!
