Definitely do not recommend! Bought a new mini split from Justin of Author air the unit is 3 months old And does not work. I have called and text justin A number of times with no response. Text from a different number and he responds and makes an appointment sends me an excuse or just does not show Up I do not like leaving bad reviews but I have given him every opportunity to come here and fix it. After all, I'm supposed to have a 10 year warranty on it. He is unreliable and does not stand behind his work.
Anyone else have contacted Justin? Been trying for 3wks?
Justin and Jesse know what they're doing. They work as a professional team and they diagnosed and fixed a leak that had eluded other technicians. I am very impressed with Arthur Air.
Justin and his team were AMAZING 🥰 they definitely made me feel like my family was a priority ❤️ They were very fast and efficient 🥰 The customer service and communication was outstanding 🥰 The price was very good, definitely under all other companies we checked into🥰 My new unit is beautiful and my house is cold again🥰 I highly recommend Aurther Air for any of you AC needs🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much Justin for everything you have done for our family... Justin and his assistant were prompt, reliable, personable and a pleasure to work with. After a call to him, and he answered his phone on the first try, he was at my house within 30 minutes. He is very easy going and great to work with. I will definitely use him again if the need arises. Great quality work at a reasonable price. This company is definitely a keeper!!
