When our AC failed we called Artech last year, and they were there the same day! We were out of the country at the time and the house sitter reported it to us. The repair was finished before we even got home! This time, our RV air had a problem and again, they're Johnny on the spot! Same day I called, a repairman contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled for the same afternoon! You can't beat that kinda service! Thanks Artech!

Yes, they were very helpful but they wanted $60 for a $20 ignitor. They are way over priced. As soon as I said something about the price the friendly service turned "Well don't buy it then". I'll never give them another chance at with my business.

I wish I could give no star! This place is a giant scam. If you enjoy your heat or air conditioning I highly suggest you find someone else to work on it, I have been having trouble with my BRAND NEW a/c unit that they installed, they sent a tech out and he replaced a wire, charged me almost 100$ for that and it still didn't work, the next tech they sent said my thermostat was programmed wrong, he reprogrammed it and screwed it up more, THEN the next time they show up his boss tells him to charge me for a new thermostat because there is a recall on mine, I google, call Honeywell and low and behold there's no recall, so just to indulge this disgusting excuse for a business I let them install the new thermostat, guess what! That's right still didn't work.... well now that we figured that out the tech decides that the defrost control board has blown, so he tells me it'll be a few days until he can fix it, a few days go by with my having to use a JUMPER WIRE to turn my heat on and off and they replace the board to the tune of 125 dollars!!! Unit begins to run, however it only worked for about a week or two weeks.... then all the sudden I begin having major issues AGAIN!!! Low and behold I try to turn on emergency heat (so my house doesn't get to 40 degrees) and the thermostat turns off, then I hear a loud bang from the attic unit....I know that is most likely a transformer... so I call a different AC company...and you'd be shocked what they found!!!! The fuse that is supposed to protect the transformer, yeah, they bypassed that!! (Picture attached on yelp of the exceptional performance they provided here) and I'm not done yet!!! After they put my thermostat back on (finding out that hey it's not bad after all!) they didn't even mount it back to the damn wall!!!! Left it hanging!!! NO CLUE HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS AND EXEMPLIFYING SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!

This is A+ customer service at its finest. I called and asked if they provided the service I needed, unfortunately they do not like everyone else. I come to the conclusion noone does anymore after asking every company in town. But this gentleman stood out from the rest and went the extra mile knowing he wasn't going to get any service from me since he didn't offer what I needed. He was polite and stayed on the phone to troubleshoot and see what my problem might be and informed me on how about fixing the different possibilities. People like him are hard to find anymore and customer service like this rates highest in my book. I was so impressed I immediately reviewed and give the highest stars. Neither I do often and when I do need a service this company offers he will be the one I call.

Response time was unbelievably fast! When I first called I was a little put off by the lack of professionalism (they answered the phone with hello and not the name of the company. I had to ask if they were an air conditioning company). Within an hour they were at my house. My problem was simple. Within 20 minutes it was fixed and they were gone. They left me some suggestions on extending the life of my unit. I am extremely pleased.
