Art Electric & HVAC came to our house and inspected the HVAC system. They were the third company to come out to inspect the system. The owner, Art Pond, came out personally with his crew and gave me a complete breakdown of all the issues. After all the inspections we decided to go ahead replace our 23 year old HVAC system. Art's break down of the issues were well documented and thoroughly explained. He gave us options (and there cost) which made our decision making much easier. Art Electric & HVAC gave us the best quote out of the 3 companies that came out and offered us options for financing as well. The installation of the new HVAC system went without a hitch. Art's crew was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient with all our questions. The new HVAC system has been working better than advertised. There are companies out there that make their money on up-sells and things that don't need to be fixed. Art doesn't operate like that. Art gets your business back by doing the job the right way the first time. We've used them on 4 jobs, large and small, and we won't call anyone else.
Art Elextric and HVAC Inc. Is an outstanding company, that has done excellent work in my HVAC system. I had a very bad installl of a new HVAC syst m by A#1 aircon and heating company. Art fixed the mess they had made of my YVAC system and it is now running smoothly without any spray of dust and fiberglass. I would highly recommend Art for any of your HVAC needs. He is the best in the Dallas. He is an honest highly professional expert in installing of HVAC systems.
TERRIFIC service! Jose was able to come right away to look at my AC, was calm, trustworthy, and knew his stuff. He quickly identified and solved the issue and asked me more questions to ensure he had truly taken care of the problem, long term. I completely trusted his assessment and work. He even threw in a quick rewire for me, at no charge, on a switch I hadn't called about.
