Arrowhead AC and Heating saved the day and I can not thank them enough!! The biggest fear for homeowners in the hot summer months is for our Air Conditioner to go out without warning… And on a busy holiday weekend! Not only did they answer my text after business hours, but they told me exactly what to do and had someone out to us first thing in this morning. They had all the parts on hand and had it fixed and running within the hour. So grateful!

As always, Mike did a phenomenal inspection. He even made some awesome suggestions with cooling concerns that we have. It's hard to find someone reliable and honest, so when you do so you keep on calling them. We had our yearly inspection and they were even kind enough to update us that they could come out sooner than originally scheduled. We had a 3 hour window and Mike arrived within the first 30 minutes. I don't know about you, but I don't love waiting around all day. Details like this is why we keep coming back and sharing their business with friends and family.

Mike is out of this world. I got an estimate from a local HVAC company and Mike blew that estimate out of the water with a top notch Trane system. I got quick, friendly service, lots of friendly conversations and even his technicians were happy folks! Mike explained ever detail to me without me having to asking him. If you don't use Arrowhead Air Conditioning and Heating LLC you have made a long term mistake!!!

Michael and his family (team) are very professional and attentive. He showed great knowledge in his trade by explaining what was wrong with my furnace and what he checked for to troubleshoot the problem. Afterwards he also checked the system for other possible issues and gave me tips on preventative maintenance as well as guidance to improve air flow.
