We had a bad experience with the company that installed our unit. We called and they never showed up. Then 5 days in a guy showed up that was not even an HVAC guy. Got another Compsny to set an appt but it was 3 weeks out (w no AC). They called the 3 days Bedford our scheduled spot and told us we were not in their service area. In a panic I found Arrow, I called and they were here the next morning. The Tech and his son went to work and 40 mins later we were working perfectly! The cots of repairs were a lot less than we thought they might be. Tech offered some tips as well to help us run efficiently! Great service and a great company! Would highly recommend!

We called and schedule a check for the same day and got a time frame between 10 and 3. I was called a bit past 9 telling me that they were on their way. Got here in time and were fast in finding and fixing my issue. Will sure use their service again
We had a great experience today. Thanks for the prompt, same-day response and repair...for not trying to up-sell us on a brand new unit even though ours is old...and for noticing, fixing, and educating us on an issue with the upstairs unit as well. We will definitely be calling you next time!

Supervisor Jesse and service tech Jorge went out of their way to expedite repairs on my heater system in time for the freezing weather of Dec., 2022. Thanks to both.
My AC went out and lucky Jorge was in my neighborhood and came to my house within an hour of my AC failing. He was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I was very fortunate to get my AC back on so quickly.
Horrible company. Owner combative, argumentative and unprofessional when I tried to talk to them when I still didn’t have AC the next morning. Talks down to women. They charged me $1K to change the fan motor and capacitor which I thought I would then have AC. BTW when I called them the next morning to tell them I still didn’t have AC they informed me it would be another service charge and they didn’t have anyone available to come back soon. On a positive note the service agent that came was very nice and professional. He showed up on time and left me thinking I would use this company again. Not!

Great service by a very knowledgeable technician, Mike, I have been using Arrow or several years and am extremely satisfied. Mike is always punctual and courteous, knows what he is doing and explains things in a manner that everyone can understand. Highly recommended.
Called them after 6pm on a Thursday (not even expecting someone to answer)for AC not working, they showed up early Friday morning and fixed it. Even stuck around a few minutes and helped me answer newbie questions I had around preventative upkeep. Very prompt and very professional. Exactly the kind of folks you want to be able to reach out to when something goes wrong. Thank you!
We called Arrow Service Center late in the day because our air conditioner was not cooling properly. They were extremely understanding and caring and sent Mike out to our home. He checked everything inside the unit in our garage and the outside unit, and he told us we had a slow Freon leak and he added some to the unit. Luckily he had the old style Freon that ours required as it’s been discontinued. Mike was very professional, very knowledgeable and also very nice to work with. We will definitely call them again should we need air conditioning service or maintenance. Give them your business too, you won’t regret it.
Great service. The technician went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. They took their time to explain the system and answer any questions we had. I had requested quotes from several companies, but they had the most competitive price and best service. Unlike most of the other companies both the technician and the person on the phone were friendly and very approachable. They made me feel confident in my choice, since making an a/c unit is a long term investment. Great experience.
I had a new system installed, replacing my old system. Arrow did a great evaluation of my needs and the area where the system was to be installed. They offered a competitive price on a new system and explained how they came to that conclusion and what exactly would be done. The crew arrived on-time for this large project and worked efficiently as a great team. They were respectful of my time and my home, protecting areas and cleaning up afterwards. They are dependable, honest, and reliable. I will definitely use Arrow in the future.
We had a condensation leak from our AC unit installed by another AC service company. After 4 service calls they still could not fix the leak. We called Arrow and the service technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the leak. Excellent service at reasonable rates. Arrow has a new customer.
Identified problem within 10-minutes of arrival, ordered and delivered and installed parts within 45 minutes. A\C on and cooling house with 60 minutes. GREAT tech with 22 years experience. All around good experience. Don’t forget your coupon!
Kyle showed up on time and was courteous and professional. That’s important to me. I got a reasonable price for the repairs that were needed. He did a great job and I will recommend Arrow Service to friends and family and anyone that will listen!
