Disappointed in how much we were charged for the amount of services that we were provided. His justification for over charging us was insulating. We have used his services in the past and he did good work but we will not use him again nor recommend him to anyone.
Arrow HVAC is the best! Steve always answers right away and is always willing to help. I highly recommend!
I highly recommend ARROW HVAC LLC. Steve is so knowledgeable and timely.
Absolutely outstanding service. Our furnace went out Sat. morning and Steve came out to fix the furnace within an hour. He explained the problem and the causes. Told me how to fix if it happened again. While he was at our home he checked all components. The trip cost and minor repair bill was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to refer Arrow to anyone who asks.
We had some furnace issues and decided to give Arrow HVAC a try. We were pleasantly surprised at the prompt and knowledgeable service. Steve, the owner, took the time to explain what the issues were and proceeded to explain how he was going to fix the problems. And he did. Pricing was very competitive but the level of service was worth every penny. I plan on using them in the future should I have any other issues with my furnace and highly recommend them if you are looking for personable service at a good price!
Steve installed our new air conditioner and new furnace. They were both high efficiency units. The price was good and we are very happy with our new units. Good job Steve
I had an intermittent problem with my furnace, Arrow HVAC LLC was able to come and repair it in a very timely manner. He diagnosed the problem, it was an inducer motor not working all the time. Steve replaced the motor and we had heat again. Steve was very friendly. I will definitely call Arrow HVAC the next time I have a problem. The price was reasonable.
The owner and only technician for this company came out to our hours to fix our heating a system a total of 6 times over 7 weeks. 2 of these visits were free because of his guarantee/warranties however we paid him a total of $3600 for the other 4 visits. Each time he came out, his story changed slightly as to why our system wasn’t working and why it wasn’t his fault. After paying Arrow HVAC $3600, we had to pay another company to completely replace our boiler! And of course he refuses to refund any of our money despite his 90 day labor guarantee stating that the fixes he made are working … to bad they didn’t actually do anything to fix the system. In addition, when our pipes froze due to our boiler not being fixed correctly, we were charged $1900 for the repairs to the pipes - $600 was for him to try to find a pipe thawing machine which he did not have and was never even able to find. And he told us we should be grateful that he didn’t find it otherwise he would have charged us the entire cost of the tool and for his time to find it! Hire a company that has the tools they need and will fix things right the first time! Or at the very least stand by their guarantee!
