I needed my HVAC system replaced, so I called a few companies for estimates. Chris with Arrow was the only one who came out quickly to take a look and give me an estimate. All of the other companies had me scheduled a week out! I ultimately went Arrow and I’m very happy with Chris’ work. He was professional and flexible with my unconventional schedule. He even installed a new smart thermostat for me at no additional charge.
Thanks Chris for helping us out on that first 90+ degree week. I called him Monday evening & he was over the next day. And he & his crew installed our new HVAC unit Saturday morning. He is very professional & knowledgeable. And the quality of his work is the best.

Today I used Arrow Appliance Heating & Air Conditioning. Chris was great to work with as he communicated well prior to appointment, showed up when he said he would, did a great job, seems to be of high integrity and is local!!!
I do not even know where to begin. We have been without proper heat for over three months. We have had multiple technicians that came out and diagnose a wrong problem. The second Chris came in. He diagnosed the unit correctly and was able to provide a proper work order. Chris and his colleague exceeded expectations and worked in my opinion in record breaking time. Thank you for providing heat for my family. This job needs to be recognized for those that are having HVAC problems to contact this company and you will not be disappointed. Very professional and extremely friendly and knew how to get the job done. Thank you again for your hard work.

Chris was super helpful and professional. My AC went out on a 110 degree day, and Chris immediately came out (over the weekend no less!) and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I am so grateful for him being able to fix it ASAP. If I ever have any HVAC needs in the future, I will definitely call him! And so should you!

I can't praise Chris enough on how amazing professional he was. He found that our system was not working efficient and let me know ahead of time with the price would be to do the repair and he was able to do the repair and put it as a very good price. A lot of other AC companies would have given you the runaround but not this guy! He will definitely be our go-to guy and are preventative maintenance guy. So blessed we were able to find him!
Chris is absolutely fantastic!! He was referred by a family member as I was in need of A/C repair on my rental property and he came out, fixed it, checked it and get me up to date on what needed to be done. We used him again on another rental and is our 'to go' person for all of our units. Chris is professional, courteous, responsive and ensures all is taken care of and pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend Chris.
