The technicians that arrived were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all of my options in detail and answer any questions I had. They also provided honest feedback regarding the condition of my old heating system and which type of replacement unit would be best for my home

The most reliable!!! I had been calling around all day to hvac repair places and none of them were helpful at all. Thankfully, I called Arp’s around 6 pm and he was there in less than 2 hours to fix my AC!!! He is seriously the best and had the AC back on in no time. 11/10 recommend! So grateful for Arp’s!
Arps was awesome and installed two HVACS for me at different houses. I think he’s a great guy and I prefer supporting small business. Great customer service, but only until there were issues with his HVAC install. Once it stopped working a few weeks in, he came and added freon once, and then ghosted us. Calls/texts and no response. Gave up and called another HVAC company - who said the unit was installed incorrectly and leaking Freon. They rewelded the bad area, and a year later another area is leaking. We’re down an additional 1800 from an HVAC less than a year old. I still think he was always a nice guy. Hope he can change those habits and get back in it.
We have used Greg Arp for years and highly recommend. Greg is fair, honest, very responsive and does excellent work. His prices are very fair, we have used him for many years now to repair, maintain and replace HVAC systems for our personal home and rental properties. Highly recommend Greg Arp!
Greg was responsive, courteous, and did a great job repairing our A/C. And he didn’t overcharge for freon like some of his competitors that I called. I would highly recommend Arp!

Serviced our units several times after one of the big name contractors said we needed a new one.
I was a long time customer for many, many years. I would have recommended Greg to anyone and everyone but I cannot say that anymore. He left me without heat all winter last winter and has stood me up again this winter. He told me last winter he was going to order the parts I need but never returned and stopped taking my calls. He even hung up on me. He promised this year that he would be here by the end of the week which was October 22nd. I have not heard from him since. He has become very unprofessional and lacks compassion. Most HVAC companies consider having no heat at all an emergency, but not Greg. I wish I could rate zero stars but you have to pick at least one in order to write a review.
Very disappointed. My A/C went out call Greg and agreed to meet up the next morning. The next morning came, no call, I texted no response, I called went straight to vmail. I left a msg. no return call. You left me hanging Greg. Not cool !! Literally it was 86 degrees in the house so it was Not Cool at all! I've never had someone just not call me back when all I wanted to do was give him my money. Bad business model Greg.
Greg delivered fast service when our AC went out. He had the parts our unit needed on hand and was affordable too. Great job done by a great guy. Absolutely recommend!
Called Greg at 5:30pm with a busted AC unit, he walked me through it on the phone and committed to being over by 8pm and calling ahead of time. Greg called like he said we would, showed up early and walked me through the fix and his suggestions. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Good man, great customer service.
Greg was great called him at 730 pm he was here in 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem with our AC unit in less than 5 minutes and had a spare condenser on his truck. Didn't overcharge and was gone within 20 minutes of first arriving and checking to be sure we were cool. Best AC service I've had.
Great guy! Came quickly (on a Sunday), diagnosed the problem, offered me a fair price, and was able to get my unit fixed in a couple hours. Definitely will call him in the future.
I called Greg late on a weekday evening, and he was more than happy to come get my AC unit up and running in the middle of a heat wave. Definitely my Heating and AC provider in the future! I can't write enough about how great of a company this is! The service and pricing is the best in the area (I called 10 places and Arp was way below the others). In addition, he came on a Saturday 3 hours after I called him. Don't hesitate to call him with anything. He was fun and easy to talk to. Knowledgeable about the unit. He told me facts about what was happening and didn't make it seem like a business transaction. I knew I was in good hands and would highly recommend.
Greg was very personable and skilled. He did exceptional work replacing our furnace and fixed some damaged duct work. He will be our go to guy for all heating and air. I give him 2 thumbs up.
