My old gas heater went out and these guys replaced it with a new heat pump and a/c setup. They stuck to budget and were very transparent on costs, etc. I had 3 other companies inspect my setup and Armored Air were the only ones who didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I definitely recommened them.
I’ve used armored air a couple times now, and have recommended to anyone who is in need of his services. He helped keep our system maintained, and then in the summer (we’re talking 102° to 105°) when it stopped working he was amazing. He called me back very quickly and was able to come and fix it very quickly. Very professional as well as very personable. When getting my system checked up on it was discovered I’d probably need a new part, but Arthur made sure to show me exactly what was going on. Just showing a person like me who has no idea about things exactly why and what was wrong. Honestly if you’re looking for a great hvac person, someone you can trust… call armored air. I’m so grateful I did.
Our A/C unit stopped blowing air inside the house when it was 100+ degrees outside. I called around 1pm and explained what was happening and the gentleman who answered said he would be there within an hour because he was close by and would squeeze us in. Mind you…. This was a Friday and the 100+ degree was going to continue so this was HUGE for us and so kind of him to make work so we wouldn’t suffer all weekend long. He came within the hour and diagnosed the issue. Fixed it and was gone less than an hour later. He gave me 2 price options. I had called another company before him and they wanted $289 just to come out and diagnosis the issue. His diagnostic cost was only $75 and he waived it since my total for repair was higher than that and I paid cash. He also showed me what he used and did. He now has a customer for life!! Thank you!!!!!!
Where can I start? One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a long time, Arthur is the definition of customer satisfaction.having him around is just pure joy, he doesn’t make it seem like he’s there just to rush his work and get out quick. But he works effectively and efficiently. I enjoy his work ethic and quality of his work. It’s hard to find a great deal since inflation is among us. But Arthur is the man with the plan! I’m truly satisfied with his prices and work! I recommend!!! if 11 was a score option out of 10. It’d be 11. Thanks Arthur! I hope you see this!
