My home repair co assigned Arizona Diversified Air to me after my AC stopped blowing air out. It got up to over 90 in my house on one of the hottest days of the year. This was about 2:00. Within 5 minutes after I had requested service this company called to schedule a tech to come out early the next day. I was not expecting this. Usually the AC companies do not respond this quickly and especially on days the temperatures are this hot. They usually call the next day and schedule a tech to come out in one to two days from the day they actually call. The representative that called was professional and apologized for not being able to get someone to come out sooner. Thank you for your quick response.
This in no way reflects the work they do. I just didn’t appreciate your driver flipping me off and spitting on my car when he was not able to switch lanes in rush hour traffic. Really hoping it wasn’t the owner driving. Best of luck in the future
